"I suffer frequent migraines, with ophthalmic migraines as well. When my migraines are hormone-related, this works really well. However, if the migraines are weather-related, these must be combined with Mucinex or a Sudafed. Overall, I find Excedrin Migraine to be more effective than prescription migraine medicine. It really works!!!"

"Excedrin Migraine works when nothing else does! I have had severe migraines since I was 5 years old. Tylenol and ibuprofen wouldn’t work. I’ve been so glad that Excedrin Migraine was invented. After having a glass of water, two pills, and something to eat (like toast or crackers), it only takes 20 minutes to kick in."

"Excedrin Migraine is the only OTC medicine that relieves my migraines. It works so well and quickly that I keep a bottle at home, in my purse, and at work. I cannot be without it. It does make me mildly shake at times, but that's nothing compared to the headaches."

"I’ve had migraines since I was 16 (now 18), and Excedrin and I have a love-hate relationship. When I first started getting migraines, I’d take two Excedrin, drink a bottle of Mountain Dew, and be good to go. The past 6-8 months or so, every time I take it, my anxiety spikes, and I’m not able to stay still or relax. (It could be due to the caffeine in the Excedrin and the caffeine in the Mountain Dew.) I’ve had anxiety since I was a kid, so it’s weird this is just starting. Also, sometimes it will work and sometimes it won’t. Sometimes I have to take a few months' break for it to work again. I used to swear by it, but now I’m just kinda meh. Try to avoid taking it if I can."

"I have had migraines since I was a child. And not until I became an adult did I discover Excedrin Migraine. I've taken a combination of prescription medicines over the years, and nothing compares. Prescription medicines may take away some pain, but it's still there along with strange side effects. Excedrin, on the other hand, after 15 to 25 minutes, my migraine is gone completely."

"I suffer from daily migraines and usually have to take Maxalt once or twice a day and 600 mg of Advil to help relieve pain. I was looking for an alternative so I don't run out of Maxalt since I take it at least 5 times a week and only get 9 pills a month. I've extended the life of them by receiving a 10 mg prescription and cutting them in half. Either way, I tried Excedrin Migraine today to relieve the onset of a migraine - I thought if I caught it early enough that the medication just might work. I might as well have eaten a bag of Skittles. This did nothing to stop my migraine, it only sped up my HR, so I couldn't rest and felt jittery for hours on end. I ended up having to take Maxalt anyway. This is clearly not an option for me."

"This drug has honestly changed my life. I have been suffering from migraines since I was 9 years old, and nothing helped. I tried everything: Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, weed, basically every drug in the book, as well as napping. At best, it would relieve some of the pain temporarily, but nothing cured it. I would have migraines for days at a time, completely debilitating my life. A few months ago, I was lucky enough to discover migraine Excedrin, and it is absolutely outstanding. No matter how severe the migraine, it has never failed to cure it completely and quickly (I always feel better within about 20 minutes). Migraines no longer have an impact on my life because of this stuff. It also instantly cures my hangovers. I only have to take 2."

"I'm a 44 yr old female who rarely got headaches except for occasional sinus headache. But for over a year now, something in my body has changed-with persistent pain on top and back of head, with vertigo and tinnitus. I'm not a pill popper and avoid even OTC drugs as much as possible. However, these horrible migraines have had me reaching for Advil in all forms, Tylenol, and Excedrin. Excedrin Migraine has been the ONLY pill that works. I take just one. I feel the tightness and wrenching/throbbing dissipate within 15 mins. For me, the benefits last into the next day! Just one pill! I will feel a slight pang of pain every couple of hours, for a few seconds, but 95% of the pain is gone. (I'm working on the vertigo/tinnitus)"

"I am absolutely in LOVE with Excedrin Migraine! Whenever I have the worst migraine, I always take this pill, and it goes away so fast. I've been having migraines since I was about 11, and at first, I would take Advil because I didn't know about Excedrin. But, as soon as I found this, I never went back. I swear by this pill. It's the only thing that really works for me. I don't know why for me it doesn't give me a stomach ache. I just took some this morning because I had the worst migraine, and I couldn't wait to eat something first. But my stomach is fine still. I would 1000% recommend Excedrin to anyone!"

"Excedrin migraine pills are my best friends. I have very bad cluster migraines, and they're the only pills that help me and give me relief in like 30 minutes. I deal with migraines on a daily basis, but once I get my Excedrin migraine in me, I'm good, and I'm up moving back around. Feeling much better tonight."

"I love this stuff. I get really bad anxiety when I'm around people, and that anxiety turns into migraines when they're people I don't like. On those days, I'm glad I have this stuff. I always keep a bottle near."

"For the last few months, I have suffered from debilitating menstrual migraines. I got a bad one today, and I was literally crawling on the floor in agony. I had throbbing pain and nausea. This knocked it out completely in about 45 minutes. No pain med I've tried has worked like this."

"This is the single worst experience of my life. For 6-7 hours, I was debilitatingly nauseous, my heart rate was incredibly high, and my migraine was still at its height. This was on New Year's Eve. I was convinced it was the end of my life."

"I get about 4 migraines/tension headaches per month and have since I was a kid. If caught early enough, I can make do with just caffeine pills and an aspirin, but when things get bad, I'm reaching for my Excedrin migraine. I've timed it to 20-25 minutes to fully take effect if it works. Sometimes, though, it is not quite strong enough, and I have to use other methods to calm the pain (dark room, ear plugs, pressure points, etc.). My migraines have no aura to speak of - just a little bit of wooziness as a warning - and nausea is mild, so mainly concerned with the pain and accompanying sensitivity to light and sound. Excedrin helps with those at least."

"So far, this seems to be the only thing that will kill a migraine for me. It can take about an hour or two to show its full effect and isn't an instant fix. But if I take it when I feel the migraine coming on, it helps a lot. Definitely a good over-the-counter remedy. I do wish there was a pregnancy-safe version of this medication, though."

"The first time I took Excedrin Migraine, I think I took too many because it didn't help my migraine! But the second time I took it, I took one, and it was gone... but then it came back again, and I didn't take another one because it says to only take 2 in 24 hours, and I wanted to wait. But I'm looking forward to buying a bottle and using it in the future. THANKS, EXCEDRIN MIGRAINE!"

"I get migraines every month or two that are one-sided, typically coinciding with my period, and usually after I drink. They aren't completely preventable with the drinking thing because a) they happen occasionally when I don't drink and b) I'm not going to stop drinking. Excedrin Migraine is definitely the best medicine I've taken for them, but it doesn't come close to eliminating the pain completely. I've had migraines since I was about 10 or 11, and each one pretty much debilitates me for 24-36 hours, therefore, I'm thinking of going for a prescription."

"I took this medication because I suffer from migraines. I never have taken it, and since it said migraine, I said I would try it. I took 2 pills, which are 250 mg each, so 500 mg in total. I literally felt my soul leaving my body in less than 15 minutes of taking it. I got pale, diarrhea, nausea, and after an hour of my heart rate so high and blood pressure so high, I went to the hospital. I fainted at the hospital. They even said they don’t suggest this. It was so scary. If you suffer with anxiety, don’t try!"

"I take this once I start losing my vision before the headache with a migraine comes on. Usually, within about 20 minutes, my vision starts to come back and it dulls the pounding headache pain associated with my migraines. I would definitely recommend it if you suffer from migraines. This is a lifesaver for me."

"I've had chronic migraine since age 13. Now 75. This is the best migraine relief I have ever used. It is effective 95% of the time and usually works in about 30 minutes. A positive side effect is increased ability to concentrate (when precursors subside), a burst of creative insight for new story ideas, and easier access to decades-gone memories. Has anybody else experienced this? Will increasing the dosage increase the creativity? Is there a downside?"

"I have migraine headaches all the time due to bright lights. So I'm always wearing dark sunglasses even if the sun isn't out. I feel like hiding in a cave sometimes. Very miserable. I can't enjoy going out and living a normal life. But I talked to a good friend and she bought me Excedrin migraine med and I was skeptical about taking it because I thought nothing could ever work. I always use ibuprofen 800 that got rid of some of the pain and had to go to sleep to not have to endure pain for hours. So today I was experiencing circling blurry rainbows and was like here we go again. I have a date in two hours. So I took a chance and took two pills as soon as I saw the first effect. After 15 minutes no pain at all I love it. Thank you. Now I can live my life."

"My fiancé swears by this stuff for his migraines, but I’ve tried taking Excedrin twice now for my headaches, and both times I’ve literally felt like I was dying. Shortness of breath, numbness in my body, cold sweats, nausea, and chest pains. I don’t know what causes this, but it’s literally the worst feeling and lasts for hours and hours."

"I get what the Dr. calls 'thunderbolt migraines.' They come on suddenly, like getting hit in the head. I have tried all the prescription meds. They made me sick. They also did not help that much. In desperation, I tried Excedrin for migraine, and I have finally found a treatment that WORKS for thunderbolt migraines!!!! I am SO grateful to have found help!!"

"Excedrin Migraine is a lifesaver. I have to have it in my medicine cabinet now after discovering it about 9 months ago. I get debilitating migraines. I can’t move, I can’t talk, I throw up like crazy. I just don’t know what to do. My mom went and got me this, and it was seriously the only thing that relieved my migraine and continues to be!"
