"I consider Excedrin Migraine a miracle drug. Curled up in a ball, waiting to vomit (sorry to be vivid), I called my mom and begged her to pick me some up. It did take a good 45 minutes to kick in, but eventually I was able to sit up, breathe normally, and not feel like death from head to toe."

"Having suffered migraines for many, many years, I was without my medication and found one coming on. I stopped in the airport gift store and found some Excedrin. It was a lifesaver. If taken early... and will save a lot of money from my higher-priced remedy."

"I am a migraine sufferer and have been a test subject to many new migraine medicines over the years. When I don't have my doctor-prescribed migraine medicine with me, the best average day migraine medicine for me to take is Excedrin. If I take it early on before the migraine gets too bad, it will usually get rid of it, but if I take it too late, it will only reduce the pain but not eliminate it. But overall, it is a very effective migraine medicine."

"Love Excedrin Migraine. I have been a migraine sufferer for 40 years. Ibuprofen doesn't touch the pain, light sensitivity. But Excedrin Migraine usually knocks it down within 25 minutes before the nausea sets in. I truly hope they never discontinue this product. My son gets migraines too and also swears by Excedrin Migraine."

"I get migraines all the time, and Excedrin has always been my go-to, but usually I've been able to take it and go to sleep right after. Today, unfortunately, I had to work. I didn't take anything before going to work (mistake), and by the time it was lunch break, my migraine was at its peak. I lost my vision almost completely, was in so much pain, and I felt so confused/in such a daze. I went to Target and got Excedrin, praying for a miracle. I took 3 tablets due to the severity of my migraine and wow. One hour later, I felt so much better. My migraine deteriorated to a slight headache, and I felt like I wasn't going to die. Miracle pill."

"I'm a 25-year-old male who has suffered severe migraines since I was about 13. I get them on average once every 1-2 months. I've tried many different OTC medications for all forms of pain relief, and nothing at all even makes a dent, so much so, I rarely took any form of pain relief medication for a long time. A couple of years ago, I discovered Excedrin Migraine and gave it a shot. I can honestly say these pills are pure magic for me. I take them for migraines, and occasionally other forms of pain, and it makes me feel like a million bucks. It doesn't just numb the pain or make it tolerable, for me, it completely erases it like I never had any pain to begin with. Not only that, they also make me feel upbeat, alert, and happy."

"Excedrin Migraine works GREAT. I have experienced migraine headaches since age 14. I am now 23 and there has been no other over-the-counter medicine that has worked like Excedrin Migraine. The only thing that has me concerned/worried is that I don't know if it has or may have a long-term effect. If anyone knows, please post a comment. Other than that, I love this medication, and I have recommended it to friends and anyone I know that has migraines, and they even say it works! I can wake up with a migraine and feel confident that as soon as I take Excedrin Migraine, the pain will start to minimize until it completely goes away, and after the pain goes away, I feel lots of energy and fully awake."

"I sometimes have these inexplicable migraines, pain 1 out of 10, sometimes reaching 9, where I am dry heaving just due to the pain that causes nausea. I get these migraines in my forehead, sometimes referred to as 'tension headaches.' My migraines can last 3-5 days. I've tried non-medicinal ways to treat my migraines: going to the eye doctor, visiting my primary care physician to make sure it wasn't sinus-related, I tried essential oils and also tried other OTC pain relief like Tylenol, Motrin, as well as Advil and Aleve. What works best for me is this Excedrin Migraine."

"I've suffered from migraines ever since I was a child. The only ways I used to be able to combat them were to either sleep it off (which hardly ever worked) or throw up, which always worked but feels absolutely awful when you have a migraine. Thank goodness for Excedrin Migraine. Ibuprofen, Tylenol, none of it works because they're made to combat stuff like normal everyday pain, but a migraine is far from being a common discomfort. It won't work immediately, like every medication, but lay still in bed for half an hour after taking it... And you'll be shocked when you roll out of bed without your head beginning to pound and throb; best medication ever."

"I have occasional migraines, and I can only get relief from Excedrin Migraine. I have also experienced the jittery or anxious symptoms people describe when taking it, but only when I made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach. As long as I take it with food, it works wonders!!!"

"I get migraines pretty often, and Excedrin Migraine does the trick each time! It is very affordable and works like magic. Within 20 minutes, the pain is pretty much gone. I throw up when I get a really bad migraine, and if you take this along with a little something to eat, you will be better in no time! I recommend this product to anyone who suffers from migraines."

"Excedrin Migraine is a tiny little gift from God. I'm 28 and have been dealing with migraines my whole life. I just had a killer migraine about 30 minutes ago... one of those so bad that you feel nauseous, disoriented, and like your brain is swollen. I am feeling SO much better now and can continue with the rest of my day like normal. I truly think Excedrin Migraine works as good, if not better, than several onset migraine medications I've tried in the past. I keep a bottle in my car, my purse, and my office desk because I never know when a migraine will strike. Thank you, Excedrin, for making my migraines more manageable!"

"I start seeing what looks like bits of TV static in my vision that grows pre-migraine. This vision loss can get bad and makes me feel sick, but that is nothing compared to the migraine that follows. So as soon as I see one spot, I'll wave my hand in front of my face. If it turns out it's a blind spot, as these static spots are, I take a couple of these Excedrin Migraine pills. They work on me in less than half an hour, and this usually halts then reverses the vision issue, and of the migraine, I only feel a slight dull pressure/pain where it would have been. Unlike some, I actually see a reduction of anxiety. When taken before I go to sleep, I get a much better night's sleep. It could be because caffeine has no effect on me."

"9 times out of 10, Excedrin Migraine does the trick for me. I have used other OTC products, and nothing gives me relief like Excedrin Migraine. I get very bad one-sided migraines, and this is the only medicine that actually does what it promises. I get relief within the first 15 to 20 minutes. My doctor even gave me a prescription for Fioricet once, and it was not nearly as effective as Excedrin Migraine. So, I stopped taking it and went back to Excedrin Migraine."

"Most people who have been diagnosed by a doctor will tell you a migraine is SO MUCH MORE than a bad headache. I have suffered from migraines most of my life. I tend to get them once every 2 weeks depending on my sleep and eating habits. Unfortunately, Excedrin Migraine just doesn't work for me. I know a lot of people have had a good experience with it, but certain prescription drugs are the only thing that will help my migraines. I am currently on Relpax, and it does make me feel groggy, but it is WELL WORTH it! When I get a migraine, I tend to get fuzzy vision, high sensitivity to smell and light, pain behind my eyes, sometimes vomiting, and numbness in my fingers."

"I have been suffering from bad headaches for a few years now. I just discovered Excedrin Migraine, and it has been a huge relief. I just had a bad headache, and Tylenol provided no relief at all. I took 2 Excedrin Migraine with Mountain Dew, and the pain subsided in about 10 minutes. I can now get out of bed and continue my day."

"I have suffered from migraines for almost 40 years. I used to get hormonal migraines, but I take active birth control every day to stop those. I get weather-related migraines, I can feel storms coming in, so much pressure on my head. Anyway, Excedrin Migraine works great for me! Not all the time, though, sometimes I have to combine it with Sudafed to release the pressure. If I don't eat when I take the Excedrin, I do get jittery. But it stops the nausea and sensitivity to light and sound, as well as the massive pain of a migraine. It is always in my cabinet, ready to grab if I ever need it!"

"I've suffered with migraines ever since I can remember, along with seeing spots. My doctor diagnosed me and told me that even though there are times I don't have a migraine, I still have the symptoms and said I have 24-hour migraines. Excedrin is the pill that works for my head besides prayer. I haven't experienced the symptoms that other people claim, and I do have anxiety, but everyone handles medicine differently. I enjoy that Excedrin works quickly to relieve the pain so I can finally relax."

"This is the best product for really bad headaches and migraines (if you have migraines, you know the difference). Because of the shortage in 2011-2012, I now keep several 300 counts as extra stock. Can't be beat for relief!"

"I get really bad migraines from time to time because of weather changes. None of the other headache medications really do much for me, especially when the migraines get so bad I can’t get out of bed. Excedrin Migraine has become my go-to when this happens. Depending on how bad the migraine is, it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to help enough to get me moving again, but it helps a lot when it does. The symptoms don’t always disappear completely (today, for instance, I’m still feeling a bit nauseous after taking it), but they become a lot more manageable and I’m able to get out of bed and get through my day, and the light and sound sensitivity is almost completely gone."

"I love Excedrin (migraine). I've been suffering from migraines all my life and been prescribed many medications, which have failed me! Of course, someone who suffers from migraines understands the unbearable pain of having a migraine. It's almost impossible to complete simple tasks, but not when taking Excedrin, it WORKS right away. My advice is to take it when you get the warning signs (black dots, hard to focus, feeling like you have to throw up). This medicine does keep you awake, which is the last thing someone with a migraine wants to be, but the pain won't last long."

"Most of the time, the medicine works, a few days ago, it didn't at all touch the pain. It was so severe I thought I had a stroke. The left side of my body went numb, and I was in the E.R. for nine hours with an IV in, and went through four two-liter bags of magnesium and prescription-strength migraine relief before it went away. I had a CT done and everything. It ended up being a severe complex migraine. So if the Excedrin is not working for you, call your doctor ASAP to prevent this from happening. I couldn't talk, move very well, or was even really consciously aware of what was going on. It was so painful, and that kind of migraine mimics a stroke, so if you get nervous about a headache, do NOT be afraid to call your doctor and see what you should do."

"I suffer frequent migraines, with ophthalmic migraines as well. When my migraines are hormone-related, this works really well. However, if the migraines are weather-related, these must be combined with Mucinex or a Sudafed. Overall, I find Excedrin Migraine to be more effective than prescription migraine medicine. It really works!!!"

"I've used Excedrin Migraine for a while, and even though it has worked for me in the past, it hasn't been the most reliable for me now. I'm 15, and I'm actually currently in a migraine, and it hasn't been helping."

"I'm a 44-year-old woman that just started to suffer from daily headaches 2 years ago. Got the MRI - etc., etc., etc. All clear. These migraines mainly cause a 'bouncy' feeling and slight vertigo. I can feel the throbbing on my pillow and tinnitus. Lovely - huh? Somehow I manage to sleep pretty well because I've learned to stop worrying about it. Tried Tylenol - Advil - then Excedrin. Excedrin is the only one that helps. I take just one. It reduces any pain and helps the vertigo a little bit. And I feel the benefits for a couple of days. I try not to take more than one or two pills per week. I hate meds. Anyway - I love this stuff."
