Dermatologic

Very rare (less than 0.01%): Serious skin reactions

Frequency not reported: Thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, pancytopenia, neutropenia, agranulocytosis[Ref]

Reports of blood dyscrasias are not necessarily causally related to acetaminophen.[Ref]
