For Fibromyalgia "I have suffered from fibromyalgia for 20 yrs, diagnosed 11 yrs ago. I have been on Tramal SR for the past 8 yrs. It allowed me to keep working, although I now take the maximum allowable daily dose and sometimes have to top up with ibuprofen or codeine. If I miss a tablet, pretty severe withdrawal symptoms, but without it, I wouldn't still be able to work. It saved my sanity."

For Pain "No! 100 mg SR, my pain disappeared, but I had to puke about three times in a row. The next day, I took the drug again, puked again. 8/10 because my grandmother takes it daily for years. She never puked. However, her pain is not fully relieved with 200 mg SR daily (100 mg SR / 12 hr)."

For Chronic Pain "I have had severe chronic pain from a neck injury about 6 years ago, which required me to have multilevel anterior and posterior cervical fusions. I have been taking 500 mg of Tramal SR daily for the last 5 years, and I can say this drug has saved my life. Some evenings I forget to take the 250 mg dose (I take 250 mg in the morning and 250 mg in the evening), and the next morning I feel terrible and cannot get out of bed. I immediately take my Tramal on waking, and it takes about 2-3 hours for the drug to kick in before I can even get out of bed and perform basic functions. The good thing about Tramal is that it gives me no side effects whatsoever, which is amazing."
