For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "After taking this medication since February of 2025 and currently being at a 10 mg dose, I can say I got a ton of side effects and still do. I get injection site reactions I'm told to ignore because it was swelling but now is just itchy. I get constipation and the urge to go poop even when I don't have to go. Stomach aches are killer and literally leave me lying in bed unable to move. But symptoms are worst during the weekend as I take my meds on a Friday. Leading me to be unable to make plans on Saturdays or Friday evenings. I have so far lost 35 lbs over these 7 months with minimal exercise and some healthy dieting. My goal weight is 160 and I'm currently 255 down from 290 starting weight. I'm down 10% body fat. The longer I stay on my current dose, the less I feel the intensity of the symptoms, but I also still have appetite issues. As in I'll eat, and an hour later I'll be hungry again because I was unable to fill myself earlier. Or I wake up in the middle of the night to eat."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am a 67-year-old male. I have been taking Zepbound for 3 1/2 months now. Currently taking the 7.5 strength. I have just reached the 50 lb threshold or just under 20% of my body weight lost. The drug is not a magic potion as you still have to eat the right calorie foods, but the drug makes it much easier as I am really never very hungry and fill up quicker. My biggest struggle has been wanting to snack at night from boredom. As for side effects, I belch more, early on, I experienced some upset stomach but found if I eat a few crackers with peanut butter, I feel a lot better. I also experience some constipation, but my doctor said that was mainly due to the reduced amount of calories I am consuming. Overall, I am thrilled with the experience and results. I plan on losing another 5-10 pounds, then work on maintaining new eating habits. My doctor suggested I order some extra of the 5 strength and keep it back to take if I start sliding back into old eating habits. I plan on doing that."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have been on Zepbound for 18 weeks with a dosage of 5 mg. I have had constipation, stomach aches, afraid to eat anything at this point to avoid the problems I have been having. I admit I have lost 50 lbs as of this morning. I'm beginning to wonder though if the weight loss is worth all the misery I have been having and the very limited food I can eat. I honestly don't feel a great deal better like I thought losing this much weight would make me feel. The fact that it is now a lifetime commitment doesn't make it any better either. I don't think I can eat and feel this way the rest of my life."
