For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "As soon as I began at the 2.5 dosage, I modified my diet radically to mitigate or even entirely avoid the dreaded side effects of indigestion, nausea, constipation, heartburn, and vomiting. I also embarked on a free-weight program to build muscle. Fortunately, I’ve experienced none of the unpleasant side effects. I’ve titrated up after each 4-week dosage and am now in the middle of 7.5 mg. My doctor tells me I have lost more weight than most patients have at this point. I also have chronic inflammation, which extra weight exacerbates, and I’m watching carefully to see that marker decrease. That’s the good news. Zepbound has completely changed my relationship to food. I consider myself a “foodie.” That’s now behind me. I remind myself that it’s been only 10 weeks. I’m hopeful that at some point, I will be able to enjoy more of the foods that were once such a large part of my life."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Effortlessly went from 250 lbs to 198 lbs in 9 months, with very minimal side effects! It took me this long to go through the gradual dosage increases. When I missed a few weeks here and there, I regained weight. I’ve been extra committed to the regularity of doses after that! My only side effects have been: some mild constipation (take mg citrate to fight that), very mild diarrhea, heartburn that increased as the dosage mg increased, although eating TUMS like candy took care of it (but expensive because I insist on having the TUMS that taste good to me), and injection site reactions (similar to a mosquito bite ≈ 3 days, managed with OTC cortisol cream and/or OTC roll-on 4% lidocaine). I used to have no off switch; was always hungry! Now, my mom (Wegovy) and I look at each other in amazement and ask, “Is this what it feels like to be normal?” She’s been up to 300 lbs, had bariatric surgery, we’ve both done keto, nothing lasted. She’s now 160!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I asked my doctor about starting Wegovy since my efforts weren't working, but she recommended Zepbound - and I am so glad she did! My appetite is no longer controlling me, and yet those pre-diabetic low blood sugar drops are gone. After 3 months at the 5 mg dose, I'm still consistently losing about 1% of my weight each week. The only side effects are minor constipation and heartburn, but they encourage me to drink more water. I was hesitant to start because...needles...but it's so tiny I don't feel it at all. I wish I had started sooner!"
