For Plaque Psoriasis "I loved it at first, but then I have had the worst heartburn/pain in the middle of my stomach for the last five days. Had headaches and chills and some vomiting yesterday, and have stopped taking it. Glad it has worked for some people. In the five days I have used it, there was marked improvement, but the side effects outweigh the benefit for me."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I had bad side effects within 4 days. Horrible headache, vomiting, upset stomach, upper respiratory inflammation, insomnia, and exhaustion. Took 3 days after stopping to feel better. It diminished my dermatitis after 3 days and reduced the itching significantly, but not worth it to me. I lost 4 days of work over this."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I started Vtama a few weeks ago, and while it has certainly improved my skin and psoriasis spots, the side effects have been severe enough that I’ve decided to discontinue use. I get throbbing headaches about 1-3 hours after applying that last for upwards of 12 hours. I’ve also noticed that I get incredibly achy joints after applying."
