For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "My goal at the start was to lose 2 stone. I started with the 0.25 dose on 20 December. Negligible side effects - very minor nausea, that's all. Already lost a stone between 20 December - 20 January. That is despite the Christmas season. On the first few days after injection, I almost can't look at food or wine, and really only eat to survive. Not at all possible to even contemplate drinking wine or beer. This wanes towards the 5th or 6th day after injection. I'm now on the 1.0 dose and will probably stay on this for a couple more months as I'm close to my end goal - can't believe how effective Wegovy has been. The challenge will be maintaining the weight loss after Wegovy, as I don't intend to be on this for the rest of my life. What's worked for me: I keep active and walk a few miles a few times a week, drink lots of water, aim to eat in small amounts throughout the day rather than two or three large meals, eat lots of vegetables and nuts rather than heavy meals."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I'm a newcomer. Been taking Wegovy for 4 weeks now, lost 4 kilos so far. My problem is my appetite & overeating. Wegovy is a Godsend, it completely eradicated my appetite, so I only eat 2 small meals a day. I combine this with reduced carbs & 16-hour IF. I aim to lose 20 kilos in 6 months, which sounds better than drastic, excessive weight loss too quickly. I'll keep you updated."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "First, I love Wegovy and have been on it for 2 years and lost 45 lbs with only minor constipation that 3 prunes in the morning manage. However, as a polyp former, I get a colonoscopy every 3 years. I was unable to cleanse my colon with 8.1 mg/64 oz (Gatorade) of Miralax and with 2 bisacodyl. I stopped taking Wegovy 12 days ago, but obviously that did not work. MDs that do colonoscopies need to be warned or advised to give new instructions for bowel cleansing when taking Wegovy."

I only experienced mild side effects such as nausea and headaches in the beginning of starting these meds. This medication worked for me and helped me lose over 60 lbs. In the past, I have tried numerous diets, supplements, bariatric surgery, and programs to help me lose weight and all failed. Thanks to my cardiologist, even my heart is fine, he doesn't want to give me clearance for the operation. He recommended Wegovy. I think this is the best decision I ever made. I started on November 2nd, 2023, and until now, December 20th, I have lost an incredible 30 pounds. I now eat only two times a day. I used to eat lots of sweet stuff, but not anymore. No more late eating. I eat very small portions and I feel full all day. I love you, Wegovy, it's real. I am on a 1mg dosage. For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Starting the 2.4 mg this Friday. I have lost 31 pounds in 4 months. I never thought I would make it to this point, but I seemed to tolerate all the doses up to this point. I am 29 pounds away from my goal of 150, but I will be okay with 160. It was hard to believe this medication is working for me with minimal side effects. I do occasionally get an upset stomach and diarrhea, but a little Pepto-Bismol takes the upset stomach away. I do feel full after eating half a meal and remain full for long periods of time. I am excited that my clothes feel really loose now and I can fit things that I couldn't before or was too tight. This medication has changed my outlook on healthier eating and keeping the weight off."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Weight loss was very easy. In 4 months I have lost 35 lbs. I had to use stool softeners, one a day when I started having problems with constipation, and that took care of the problem. I have to pay $820.00 a month self-pay, and that was after the pharmacy having a $500.00 coupon to help lower the cost from $1300.00. My Medicare insurance will not cover it, nor will my Blue Cross Blue Shield supplement pay any on it because I am using it for a weight loss drug. I am on 170 mg at this time, and I am going to do one more month at 240 mg. I can’t afford to pay for it now, and I am just struggling to pay for it one more month. The doctor told me if I lost 50 pounds, it would really help me. I find it easy to use. I don’t have any problems slacking off on the food I eat."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have lost 19 pounds in the first 4 weeks on 0.25 dosage. I have found that low-fat cottage cheese with some fruit is good around noon as a brunch, with a high-protein dinner and a small salad. I was 2 weeks in over Thanksgiving and was still able to enjoy most everything, but just in much smaller portions. Eating out, I order fish or chicken and ask for a box with the dinner and split it for leftovers. Absolutely no side effects - except for the first day each week after the shot, I find I burp after eating. Also, note: the effects start off very strong during the first part of the week and taper towards the end. I do find myself able to eat more on the last day before my next shot, but even still no major hunger pains. Eat high protein and low-fat, and drink lots of water. I weigh myself every morning and find I lose more on days I drink at least 50 or more ounces of water the previous day. My goal is to lose 40 pounds, and at this rate, I think it will only take me about 70 days. Best journey ever!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I was started on Wegovy because my metabolism came to a crashing halt. No matter how healthy I ate, I kept gaining and retaining water weight. I was 478 pounds when I started in April 2023 and have lost 85 pounds in 7 months. My goal is another 100 pounds, but I've noticed that the weight loss slows down on certain weeks and increases other weeks. I've been on 2.4 mg for about 5 months and haven't experienced many of the side effects that have been known to occur. The worst was the upset stomach and the body cleansing itself the first couple of weeks. I am now wearing clothes that I have not been able to fit into for almost 4 years. Wegovy may not be for everyone, but it has been a game changer for me!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have lost 65 pounds so far on Wegovy. Keep in mind, I combined taking this medication with a change in my diet. I do not eat refined sugar, flour or starchy vegetables. Because of Wegovy, for the first time in my life, I experience fullness in my stomach and want to stop eating. I never understood how people could stop eating after one helping or how a plate of cookies could go uneaten by normal people. I do now. Wegovy sends the signal to my brain telling me I've had enough to eat! Wow! I'm so happy now that I don't feel like a slave to food anymore. The feeling of fullness didn't occur until I went from the 0.25mg to the 0.5mg dosage. I experienced diarrhea at first (not too bad though). And now I find stools a little more hard to pass. I also sweat a lot when I'm exerting energy if my dosage is too high. So figure out the right dosage so you don't feel hypoglycemic. The 0.5mg dose for me seems to work the best without these side effects. But everyone is different."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Wegovy on 1/23/23 and I have lost 54 pounds. I have had pretty good results without a lot of side effects. I'm currently on the maintenance dose and my only side effect that really bothers me is the pain I get in my upper right side in my back. It comes and goes, but when it's there it's uncomfortable. I push my way through those days because this medication has made me feel so much better. I walk every day."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Wegovy in February 2023, 5'11, weighing 252 lbs. I am now down to 211 lbs and just started the 2.4 dosage. I have truly been blessed, no real side effects. I heard that you may experience hair loss, however, I started taking Biotin before I started on the meds. I take the injection on Friday night, just in case some side effects appear. I will have the weekend to recover. I don't do any real exercise, however, I am a healthcare worker, so I walk a lot, averaging 3/4 miles daily. I am glad I found out about this medication. My first goal was 220 lbs, however, my new goal is 205 lbs, and then I will just maintain it from there. I didn't have any real health issues before, except taking 1 blood pressure medication daily. I go to the doctor in a couple of months and will probably be taken off it, thanks to Wegovy. Don't let some reviews have you not trying this medication, it is different for everyone. Also, I haven't had any issues obtaining or having to wait for my next dose. My insurance pays for it."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I love it! Wegovy did what I needed it to do, it calmed my appetite. I had zero side effects. I lost twenty pounds in one month. I only have one problem, I can no longer get Wegovy in my needed dosage of 0.25 mg. I will patiently wait for the manufacture of Wegovy to catch up to the demand for their product because it works that well for me. Thank you for creating a product that has worked as advertised."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Wegovy in Jan 2023 after starting other weight loss rxs in Jan 2020. I lost a good amount of weight in 2020 but felt like I wasn't losing any more and kinda just stayed the same. I was feeling so much better about myself, but also a little disappointed because I wanted to lose more. Now, Sept 2023, I feel so good. I've experienced some of the side effects like nausea and vomiting, but that was because I would push myself to eat and drink more than my body could handle. Once I learned to listen to my body, those side effects stopped. I do not eat very healthy. I try, but I was never a fan of vegetables. My friends are most impressed knowing what a picky, childlike eater I am! I think if I ate healthier, I'd probably have lost more, but I honestly cannot complain. I haven't been this happy in a very long time! I recommend Wegovy to anyone that will listen!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Wegovy is working great! Very important to hydrate and have a lot of fiber. Also, control your portion size; you cannot eat large portions. I'm following a strict 1300 calorie lifestyle change. From June 17, 2023, to present (Sept 19, 2023), I've lost 30 lbs. The injections are simple and virtually painless. I'm currently on 1.7 and I have little to no side effects. I inject every Saturday night before I go to sleep. I read that taking medication before bed reduces nausea and for me, it has worked. The only side effect is that I have absolutely NO desire to drink alcohol. The best side effect ever! I've already stopped taking blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication has been reduced to the lowest dose, and my A1C is out of the pre-diabetic range and within normal limits, and I'm only halfway to my weight loss goal. All medication has been stopped or reduced by my physician after blood work. Very happy!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I was on Wegovy for 6 months (I only stopped because of insurance coverage). I lost 60 lbs in that time frame. Side effects were minimal and included nausea, anhedonia, and fatigue. Typically, side effects were worse after I titrated to the next dose schedule and would fade within a few weeks. This medication finally cured my 'food noise' and has been incredible. Lots to come with GLPs and the treatment of overeating and obesity. I am not on Tirzepeptide, and it may even be a bit better than Wegovy."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started taking Wegovy 2 weeks ago and just took my 3rd injection yesterday (start of week 3). I began on the max 2.4mg dosage after trying to obtain lower doses for nearly a year to no avail. I dropped from 260 lbs to 237 lbs in 2 weeks. The first 3 days at this dosage were absolute hell, which I expected. I vomited 4 or 5 different times over the first few days and felt drained and fatigued. I could not stomach any food whatsoever during the first 3 days and just sipped on a bit of water from time to time. However, after the 3rd day, I was 100% and back to normal in all ways, except my appetite. I hardly ever feel hungry and when I eat, I can typically only eat a small portion before feeling full. For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am currently on day 6, so for the first week I'd say I have had some mild nausea, but it was manageable. I did, however, have a headache pretty much all week. As of right now, I don't have a headache. Some of the headache might have been due to the lack of caffeine. I have not cut it out completely yet, but I have cut way back on my portions and when I feel full, I stop no matter how much is left on my plate. As of right now, I am unofficially at a 5 lb loss. Took Phentermine many years, that does work, but I also have high blood pressure. So I heard about this Wegovy and new people who went on it, and lost so much weight without trying.
