"I was really young when they gave me this, it was for nightmares. I took them for one week then decided it was bad (don't do that) so I stopped taking them myself, without an adult's control. It turned into a loop, I stopped whenever I want and took them whenever I wanted. Imagine being hungover, but it's just worse. The biggest side effects I had was loss of balance, dizziness, and feeling extremely tired."
