"My gender clinic doctor recommended that I take a progesterone-only based birth control pill to stop my period before and while I start testosterone. I’ve been on it for about a week, and I’ve had spontaneous bleeding even though I started the pill at the very end of my cycle. I’m also getting really tired during the day and having a hard time staying asleep at night."

"I just recently started taking Prometrium and have been really happy with it, breast growth was a really pleasant surprise, considering I've been taking spironolactone and estradiol for almost 6 years. The reduction of anxiety has been fantastic, too, but it can make me really sleepy, too."
