For Birth Control "When we used it, my husband had a severe reaction... he says it’s like peeing razor blades and can’t urinate whatsoever... I’m only having mild side effects-vaginal tissue is super sensitive and uncomfortable, and it only stung slightly when I peed."

For Birth Control "Used with my husband as a hormone-free alternative 2x. The first time we waited about 10 minutes after inserting, and afterwards, there was slight irritation on my end and not full-out bleeding, but pink cleanup. The next time we had sex about 20 minutes after inserting the gel, and afterwards it was slight irritation on my end, and there was some bright red bleeding. I think I’ll go back to using the strips. I’ve never had bleeding using the vag strips."

For Birth Control "Literally had sex just one time and used this for contraception and was pregnant! This is not a surefire contraceptive. If you definitely do not want more children, I'd suggest something that has a higher success rate. Or at least something more proven effective."

For Birth Control "I have a 44-year-old daughter that is proof that Delfen Foam is not effective."

For Birth Control "Wife used this for about six months when she was on the minipill, as we don't like condoms. Got a UTI twice. Worked in that she didn't get pregnant, but the UTI is a nasty side effect."

For Birth Control "This was and is still a nightmare contraceptive. Bought this and used it with my boyfriend. Used 3 in one night. We both had side effects. We are exclusive if not. I would have thought I caught something. Felt good after using, but 2 hours later the excess is flowing out and leaves me feeling slightly irritated. I wash again but still feel a persistent irritation. Day 2. He had a weird sensation while peeing. Both of us have itchy genitals, and it only gets worse from there. I almost feel like I have a yeast infection. My anal region itches. My vaginal area feels dry, but it isn't. It's just highly irritated. I've used raw yogurt, acidophilus pills, and still feel irritated. Never using this again. It's day 4 and these symptoms are still annoying."
