For Chronic Pain "How long does it take to get used to them, I used to take 12 mg hydromorphone now I'm on 60 mg of M-Eslon. But it seems to hit me faster than hydro. Will the fidgeting go away?"

For Chronic Pain "Was taking oxycodone and switched to M-Eslon for around-the-clock pain control. Have been taking it for approximately 15 years now. I take 140 mg/day, or 70 mg (one 60 mg capsule and one 10 mg capsule) every 12 hours. Pros: ● Have not had to increase the dose in 12+ years ● Good pain control ● Take dose every 12 hours and can function without constantly thinking of my chronic pain, which is greatly appreciated. Cons: ● Definitely have developed a physical dependence on medication."
