"Disabled by stroke. I cannot walk, so I swim using only my right arm; however, reaching out to paddle results in shoulder pain, sometimes severe. A 1965 classmate recommended trying Salonpas, so my wife got a box today. I had one on my shoulder for about 8 hours, and it really helped! I was surprised, but convinced and pain-free. It stayed on till I got out of my shower tonight. It was then a crumpled sticky mess, hard to get tossed away. I'll have another after swimming tomorrow. Highly recommended!"

For Muscle Pain "I love the pain relief I get from this product, but taking it off is painful. It would be better if it were a little less sticky."

For Muscle Pain "I ordered Salonpas patches through Amazon, but didn't expect them to work as they were so inexpensive. I am completely amazed at how well they work for my shoulder and neck pain. They stick very well to the point that it hurts a bit taking them off. I will definitely buy more."
