For Constipation "For a couple of days, I wasn't eating very well, and I noticed I wasn't using the restroom regularly. I went and got fruit and stuff with high fiber, and I was still stopped up except for occasional little stools. After not being able to go fully for a couple of days, I started getting very bad abdominal cramps, and I started vomiting. I went to CVS and bought Milk of Magnesia, took three tablespoons of it, and 30 minutes later, I got diarrhea. I feel better, my stomach doesn't hurt anymore, and I'm not vomiting. I would recommend this to anyone with constipation problems, but be prepared for multiple toilet trips."

For Constipation "I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been having trouble with constipation. I also have problems with nausea and vomiting, so I know my intake of food and water hasn't been the best. Today I felt the urge to have a bowel movement and was really excited to do so, as that hasn't been happening for a couple of weeks and I had to take an enema about 3 days ago. I tried to make a BM, and nothing but a pellet came out, and I was left with stool in my rectum, which caused a good deal of pain and discomfort. I literally could not sit down. I managed to make it down the street to CVS for MoM (CVS brand). I took about 45 ml + water at first, and then about 20 minutes later, I took the additional 15 ml + water. 6.5 very painful hours later, baseballs came out. Relief!"

For Constipation "So I took this Milk of Magnesia around 10:00 pm, and it’s now 3:50 am, and whew! Oh my goodness! I haven’t pooped in 2 weeks. I drink water regularly and other juices, but I throw up a whole lot with being pregnant too. I start a new job in 5 hours, I pray this runs its course! Now! But overall, I went to sleep and forgot I even took the medicine, but it definitely works!"

For Constipation "I used to use this for years. But recently, I have been constipated due to my medications. I bought a bottle, and when I used it (according to instructions: 2 tbsp for an adult), it made me very ill. I was nauseated, and I was vomiting. I thought it was just a bad bottle, so I went and bought another one, and the same thing happened when I used it. I don't know if they changed something with the ingredients, but this is the first time this stuff made me sick."

For Constipation "I took the max dose of it after breakfast for the first time for chronic constipation. I didn't have a BM after 7 hours and just had horrible heartburn, stomachache, nausea, bloating, and vomiting. It was basically a lot of pain, and I was so sad that I took this in the first place because the pain was worse than not pooping for 2 weeks! I got a BM the next morning, and it was completely watery diarrhea, and it was the worst pain ever. I told my doctor that this is just painful, but he told me I have to take this because I already tried everything, nothing worked, so MOM was the last choice. I already done a test, and it was all normal. Anyway, it was the worst pain ever, and I would NOT recommend this!!!"

For Constipation "Never again. This stuff made me violently sick. Vomiting. Headache. I had the shakes. It was terrible. I stick with magnesium citrate. On ice."

For Constipation "Pregnant lady here. I had been suffering from extreme constipation; no bowel movements for well over a week. I could feel the pressure in my pelvic area, but couldn't get more than a few small pebbles at a time, and I had to labor for them. I drink plenty of water and eat healthy. No known medical issues aside from pregnancy, but this was getting ridiculous! My OB's office suggested MOM. I absolutely gagged drinking it, but 4 hours later... I was in so much pain I didn't think it was going to work the way intended. Then finally... I got up to the bathroom, and that massive blockage is gone, and then some! Other things I'd tried would leave my butt on fire or feeling like it was going to rip in places! This stuff works on all levels! I don't know if I'm going to be getting a lot of sleep tonight, but my stomach is no longer hard, I'm no longer in pain, and my rectum is finally empty! It definitely feels like the medicine isn't finished with me yet, but I'm so relieved! This stuff works!"
