For Constipation "Sooooo, I have never been constipated before. Maybe unable to go for a day, but never past 3 days! Listen, I was told to drink this and some prune juice, and success!! After laughing hysterically at the reviews, I decided to start off with 4 oz of magnesium citrate. I drank 6 oz of prune juice (separately), and I drank 16 oz of warm water. I drank this between 9:45 pm - 10:30 pm. Woke up at 5:30 am, felt gassy, but I was scared to fart, so I ran to the bathroom. Nothing happened, lol, just a fart! Drank another 2.5 oz of citrate of magnesium and 8 oz of warm water, and at 6 am, I'm in the bathroom typing this! Glad I read the reviews because you should really do pee out your butt! So far, feeling relieved! Let’s see what it’s like when I go again!"

For Constipation "I suffer from constipation only when I travel, for some reason, and every 3-4 years I seem to remember that magnesium citrate works, yet somehow forget how inconvenient it is. If it doesn’t produce a BM, you need to drink more water. Anyway, this stuff always takes well over 24 hours to get out of my system, and until it’s out, my stomach gurgles nonstop, and I get really gassy. Have to use the bathroom every 15 minutes, if not more. It feels like every breath of air I inhale through my nose is stored in my gut and expelled out my rear along with a tiny splattering. Sitting here at an airport over 24 hours after I took it, alternating between running to the gross airport toilet and sitting in the waiting area, clenching as hard as I can. I’d pay $1,000 for an antidote to this."

For Constipation "So far, I'm on the fence about this product. I took half the bottle per doctor's orders at 3 pm. At 6 pm, still nothing has happened, so I have now drunk the rest. It's now 6:47 as I sit here with a rumbling tummy waiting for something to occur. So far, I've run to the toilet a few times for just gas. I hope it works by morning because I have to be at work at 8."

For Constipation "After I had been constipated for almost a week, one of my friends recommended that I try magnesium citrate. The results were fast. In less than an hour, I was able to go to the bathroom. Sorry for the TMI, but it was super easy too. I barely had to push, and a lot came out. Half an hour later, I had to go again. Another huge poop, but this time was different. It got really runny towards the end. It wasn't long after that, and I had to go to the bathroom again. I had violent watery diarrhea. This continued for the rest of the day. I had really bad gas and the worst case of explosive diarrhea. I lost count of how many times I went to the bathroom. I think it was worth it, though. I feel so much better now."

For Constipation "This product is good not only for constipation, but it also cleanses out your intestine and helps with bad breath or really bad-smelling stools or gas."

For Constipation "Took about 3 hrs to work. It feels like I had to pass gas. Good thing I went to the toilet before I did! Cherry flavor was great. Tastes like cherry sour candy. I would definitely use this again!"

For Constipation "Took it about an hour ago, so far I'm just super gassy. I feel my insides moving... But then when I think this is it... it's just gas."

For Constipation "I had been constipated after giving birth for 3 weeks. I took stool softeners and I took flaxseed, and after 3 weeks I pooped, worst pain of my life! Worst than giving birth. After that, I thought it was going back to normal. But after 3 days, it happened again. I took Citroma this time, but all I got was a lot of bubbles in my stomach along with gas and cramps. No relief."
