For High Cholesterol, Familial Heterozygous "I am a 74-year-old male. Just had the second dose of Leqvio. (I had to stop Praluent after two dosages due to extreme itching.) LDL has reduced by 50% after the first dosage 3 months ago. I have experienced slight muscle discomfort, but nothing major. Highly recommend treatment, but it is expensive."

For High Cholesterol "After about 4 days: nose bleed, sinusitis, sore lips and tongue. Feeling of exhaustion for a month. After 2 months, developed eczema and psoriasis on shins, and after a further week extremely itchy spots on trunk, arms, and legs. After month 1, cholesterol had reduced from 5.4 to 4.5."
