For High Cholesterol "After taking the first shot, I developed great fatigue, which worsened after each additional shot. I was diagnosed with a heart condition by the name of bigeminy. The office that administered the shot was greatly offended that I questioned the shot possibly causing this condition. My heart doctor agreed this was the likely cause. I am 5 months past the third shot and taking no more…ever. The bigeminy is clearing up on its own, thankfully, given further evidence that it was caused by the shot. Planning on reporting it to the FDA when I find the information of where it needs to go."

For High Cholesterol "Painful joints when moving around after sitting. Troublesome cough. Feeling nauseous frequently, especially in the morning before breakfast. Night cramps every night disturbing sleep, and therefore causing tiredness the next day. Extreme fatigue during the day needing an afternoon nap."

For High Cholesterol "I was previously on Repatha for a year and began unbearable side effects, so I was changed to Leqvio. About 3 weeks after my first injection, I began having migraine headaches, intense neck and lower back/muscle pain, fatigue, chest pain, and purpura on my right arm. The symptoms are beginning to lessen now that I am three months in and due for my next injection, which I will not be taking. It did keep my cholesterol level down but not as well as while taking Repatha. My triglycerides raised considerably to a high level."

For High Cholesterol "Started first injection 2 weeks ago. A week later, very loose bowels for three days. I don't have any muscle and joint pain like the statin drugs caused. But I am very fatigued during the day, my legs are weak. Even after sleeping 8 hours. But if it lowers my LDL and I don't have to have bypass surgery again, I can live with it. I plan on starting strength training with weights to see if I can counteract the fatigue, plus B12 supplement."

For High Cholesterol, Familial Heterozygous "The side effects listed are about right. Had some periods of dizziness too. I have had bouts of big-time fatigue, and I think that is a result of the Leqvio. The side effects are aggravating, but in general, are worth it for the results."

For High Cholesterol "Just had 2nd injection…side effects abound (headache, nausea, muscle weakness and pain, low backache, constipation, ridiculous levels of fatigue, and much more) and never fully dissipated after 1st injection…fully started up again with this injection…all are annoying and affect quality of life…arthritis pain in hands and feet, and cramping in feet, legs, hands are among the worst along with the continual migraine. The medication definitely dramatically lowered my LDL…just not sure I want to continue."
