For High Cholesterol "WEEK 1 1. Post-administration [SQ Abdominal Area] Pain at the injection site. 2. Moderate to severe tiredness [Lethargy] lasting 4 days. 3. Irregular heart rhythms [Atrial Tachycardia] [Sinus Tachycardia]. 4. Generalized muscle aches and pains [Specifically in Legs]. 1. Increased vertigo coupled with moderate headaches [Frontal headaches]. WEEK 2 2. Mild intractable nausea requiring OTC antiemetic drugs. 3. Painful muscle cramping [Specifically in Legs & Feet, Toes]. 4. Out of control blood glucose levels [Requiring introduction of Insulin]. WEEK 7 1. Urinary urgency [Specifically at night]. 2. Painful hands, burning sensations in tendons of digits [Fingers]. 3. Cough with constant production of thick mucus [Bronchitis]. 4. Weakness in lower extremity [Legs]. WEEK 12 1. For High Cholesterol "Joint pain, constipation, difficulty breathing, headache, and dizziness, falling and unsteady on my feet. Flu symptoms after injection. Doctor has not set up cholesterol reading since injection, so don't know effectiveness."

For High Cholesterol, Familial Heterozygous "The side effects listed are about right. Had some periods of dizziness too. I have had bouts of big-time fatigue, and I think that is a result of the Leqvio. The side effects are aggravating, but in general, are worth it for the results."
