"I have been using Tremfya for about 6 months now for ulcerative colitis. I noticed improvement after the second infusion. I started then weaning off prednisone after the 3rd infusion, and since the wean, I have noticed that I have more constipation and hemorrhoids. BUT I no longer have diarrhea, stomach pain, gut pain, bleeding, or urgency. I’ll take the constipation and hemorrhoids any day just so I don’t have to run to the bathroom and be in there for 30 minutes while I shop for groceries. What you aren’t told is that the benefit card can run out of funds before the second pen fill, and you may have to pay into your deductible with no help, and this costs me $3000 to fill. Unfortunately, Johnson and Johnson aren’t going to add more funds either, once they are used, I guess that’s it, you’re effed unless your insurance takes care of it. Their Tremfya guides are great, but their card for help at the pharmacy is absolutely horrid. That’s why I put an 8 instead of a 10."
