"I have osteoporosis, so I asked my pulmonologist to prescribe a medication least likely to worsen my osteoporosis. Bevespi works great for me as far as helping me breathe. My COPD is at an advanced stage, and it works well for me. I can exercise, like walking and bike riding. I notice when I need my second dose later in the day, but if I am not very active, I may not need the second dose that day. I only need my other rescue inhaler a few times a year. I do get constipated but actively try to prevent."

"I have used it in conjunction with Pulmicort. They seem to give me the most relief."

"I only use one puff instead of two because if I use two, I get chest pains. It helps me a little, but I can tell it's not really working as well as it did. I have reactions to many medications, so I have to now find another one. I can't take any steroids either. I'm so worried."
