For Postmenopausal Symptoms "I became menopausal about a year ago at 48 years old. Racked with hot flashes, mild loss of hair, thinning of skin, but mostly a total loss of humor and joy, I had to do something! I tried Equelle, and it did help with hot flashes, but that was it. Then I switched to several over-the-counter remedies which were more affordable. Nothing worked until the CombiPatch. I returned to my normal self. Sure, I had some mild bleeding, but that was nothing compared to the overall increase in quality of life-feeling better, sleeping better, and more energy overall. It is a lifesaver. It can be expensive if your insurance does not cover enough of the cost, but use the coupons for a reduction in cost. I highly recommend."

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "I was on the CombiPatch for 6 weeks. After about 4 weeks, I began bleeding, not spotting, having a full period every 2 weeks like a regular period. 6 days prior to taking the patch, I was getting hot flashes that disrupted my life and caused me no sleep. After being on the patch, the flashes went away instantly, and I felt well, however, the heavy periods every 2 weeks were not worth it. It was too much to bear. My blood pressure went up a bit, and I had to change medications. A friend recommended that my doctor change the dosage, and yes, I had every exam in the book, even the intra-vaginal one (the medical term eludes me now) or sonogram, and all results were clear. My fibroids were 3cm, nothing unusual. I simply stopped using the patch and took it off. I couldn’t get to the doctor due to COVID constraints and everything being shut down. I haven’t had a period or spotting since then. I'm going back to the doctor when I can. Has anyone had the same experience?"

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "I've been on this patch for a month now. Within 2 weeks, I started spotting. Within 3 weeks, full-on bleeding like I had as a 16-year-old. Constant cramping of my thighs and uterus every day, living on Advil. My body does not seem to like any type of progesterone. How do you determine biopsy negative? My doctor tells me to just keep wearing the patch, my body will adjust. Is this true? And if so, how long does this take? I can't take much more of this. I will say all the menopause symptoms are completely gone, but I'm bleeding, cramping, and have diarrhea every day, so where's the trade-off? Anybody help? Thank you."

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "Started the patch one year ago, it took away my symptoms almost immediately: hot flashes, sleepless nights, electrical shock feelings, anxiety for no reason. I am very happy with it, the downside is that I'm bleeding like a light period a lot and have some breast pain. Getting that checked out soon."

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "I have been going through full-blown menopause for 8 years, plus I was in peri-menopause for 3 years prior to that. I have not taken hormone replacement therapy up to this point. However, after my skin, hair, and nails got even drier, no sex drive, and not being able to have intercourse with my husband for about 3 years because the pain was too unbearable, I decided to try HRT. My doctor put me on the CombiPatch. At first, I did not have any side effects, but I have had constant bleeding for the last 2 weeks with mild cramping and bloating. I found myself barely being able to hold my eyes open around 4 pm every day and was having to sleep. This was my first month being on it, and I have one patch left. At the end of the 7th patch, I took it off and did not put my last patch on. It has been 3 days now with no patch, and I am still bleeding, cramping, and bloating. This has been horrible. I will deal with the hot flashes. I have dealt with them for 11 years...better than HRT."

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "The only drawback to this medication is that it burns my skin and leaves an ugly outline of the patch. After two days, my skin starts to burn, causing blisters. I do get breakthrough bleeding, my doctor says it’s normal. Minus the skin burns, my hot flashes and fatigue have significantly improved!"

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "I am very disappointed with this product. After using 5 patches, I developed a cyst on my right ovary and had to spend out of pocket for the ultrasound and vaginal camera test, as my insurance would not pay. I started to hemorrhage very badly for about 4 hours and had severe cramping for weeks on end. I could not work in my office. Upon going to see an OBGYN, he said most likely this product caused this cyst, as I was not using any other product at the time. I would highly recommend you NOT use this product. I wrote them a letter and asked for my out of pocket expenses, including the repayment of the product, and I got NO RESPONSE. This is very unprofessional of them and just not ethically right. When this kind of negative side effect comes up, the pharmaceutical company needs to step up to the plate and be held responsible and do the right thing by responding to my request. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT AT ALL!!"

For Postmenopausal Symptoms "This is in response to Loops. Yes, I am having something very similar. I went on this patch early October of this year to treat severe hot flashes, as I am 51 years old. Last period was in August of 2017. On November 4 of this year, 2021, I woke up in the middle of the night to blood, as in a full-blown menstrual cycle. A few days prior, I had some light pink spotting, but that was it. I will be seeing my doctor on the 16th to run some tests. She will check for various things; I'm very worried that this may be cancer. I keep hearing that when you bleed after menopause, that's not a good sign. I've also read that this patch can cause bleeding, or it could be something like a reactivated fibroid. I've always had very heavy periods and don't miss those. Though the CombiPatch has helped me out for the most part, I'm not sure if it's worth having a return of monthly cycles. At my age, I really don't want to be dealing with periods anymore. I haven't been on this for even a month."
