Eletriptan for Migraine "This is a miracle pill. Migraines used to ruin my life. I couldn't go out with friends or enjoy life. I would be out of work. I take this pill, and within 45 minutes, I am feeling great. I even get this feeling of euphoria. I'm just thrilled my pain is over! I never have a side effect with this medication other than being a little sleepy, which I definitely don't mind at all. I have taken many other migraine pills, and this, by far, has the least side effects and works the best. I am so happy I found this pill."

Eletriptan for Migraine "Of all the migraine medicines I have taken, Relpax has worked the best for me. The side effects are less for me than Imitrex was. Maxalt made me sleepy and didn't always work. Imitrex didn't always work either. The only reason Relpax gets a 9 instead of 10 is because it is so expensive."

For Migraine "I have suffered from migraines for 24 years and had a physician prescribe Relpax back in 2014, and it was the only medication to work for me with zero side effects. Fast forward to today. There's a generic prescription on the market now, and my insurance will no longer cover the brand-name one, so I tried it. It's the one made by Teva. It had not worked at all. I have taken 2 pills in 4 hrs and not even the slightest relief. I'm also on Fioricet and Phenergan. I would rather pay the exorbitant amount of money for the brand-name drug than the $24 for the generic form. Sumatriptan works for me too, but I get horrible side effects that are nearly as debilitating as the migraine, so I only take it as a last resort. So far, the generic Relpax has made me more nauseous, sleepy, and uncontrollably anxious. I would NOT recommend switching from brand to generic form of this drug. Plus, the packaging is very difficult to open, which is even MORE irritating when you're in so much pain."

Eletriptan for Migraine "I've had migraines for the last 10 years. Relpax is the 2nd prescription I've tried. Two hours after the 1st dose, my migraine was no longer in the usual cluster location, my entire brain was ready to explode. As directed, I took the 2nd dose. After 8 hours, I finally felt better in that I could function again. 24 hours later, I'm still 'foggy,' sleepy, and have had several rebound headaches. I will not take this drug again."

Eletriptan for Migraine "I've only used Relpax 3 times, and it worked so well. It did make me sleepy, but I had to lie down anyway because I can't function with a migraine. I slept for 1 1/2 hours and woke up headache-free!"
