Oracea (doxycycline) "If you can afford Oracea or your insurance pays for it then by all means take it. It is great for rosacea and adult acne. You do need to drink plenty of water. "

"Only thing which reduced my breakouts. Before doxy I would have zits every day, now it's more like once a week. Overall skin is a lot smoother. Didn't do much for redness though."

"FYI about cost of Doxycycline Monohydrate. I find it effective. WalGreens has a membership that cost $20 a year for prescriptions. This reduces the cost from $200 a month to $25. Hopes this helps."

"I have been on 40 mg for 2 months and 3 weeks. No improvement at all. In fact, I think the bumps and pustules are spreading. It took a while to get over the nausea but eventually it went away."
