For Bipolar Disorder "Klonopin helps my social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder associated with Bipolar Disorder I. I've been taking 1 mg twice per day for 8 years, and it works great. I'm able to get things done without thinking something terrible is going to happen."

For Panic Disorder "I'm a 24-year-old male. Panic disorder and severe anxiety run in my family. It is hereditary. I saw a doctor at the age of 16 and started on Xanax 0.5 mg, and Xanax worked until I was 19. My friend gave me a Klonopin 1 mg tablet during a panic attack while I was with him and had no Xanax with me. I like how Klonopin worked compared to Xanax. I saw my doctor a week later and, at the time, was on Xanax XR 2 mg, 2 tablets twice daily. I asked to switch to Klonopin, and he put me on Klonopin 2 mg, 1 tablet taken 5 times daily, and it's what I take currently now and keeps the anxiety away."

For Anxiety "I was prescribed clonazepam, 2 mg, 3 times a day for 6 years. I was dropped because my doctor moved out of state. It is the only one that has ever helped to calm my anxiety. I need a new doctor that understands."

For Anxiety "Many people are unreasonably scared of Klonopin's bad withdrawal dramas. Well... It is true. It is a painful process to get away from Klonopin once you stepped into its comfortable zone, but I want to say I would rather feel relaxed and comfortable than struggling with unnecessary anxiety caused by neurotransmitter imbalances. This medication truly gave me freedom from fear and agitation and helped me get back to my life."

For Anxiety "Best medication personally for anxiety and panic attacks. I have been taking 3-6mg a day since I was 16 and compared to all the other benzodiazepines, it has been the safest for long-term use. I have tried Ativan, Xanax, and Valium also and did not have good experiences due to many side effects, and they only worked for a couple of weeks for me. Personally, all medications have withdrawal, so why not choose the best medication for yourself. SSRIs are just as hard to come off of as Benzos because of withdrawals, but most doctors don't tell you that."

For Panic Disorder "I'm diagnosed with Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia. I started to see a doctor at the age of 16. I was on Xanax 1mg till 19-20 years old and it didn't do the trick anymore and made me mean. My doctor put me on Klonopin 2mg, 1 tablet 4 times daily and it's brought my life back."

For Anxiety "Clonazepam is a wonderful medicine that stops all the bad feelings like anxiety, feeling of impending doom, or just nervous but you don't know why. It's in the pit of your stomach, a nauseated twisted feeling in your gut that won't go away. Good news, clonazepam is wonderful for these feelings. 2 mg 4 times a day and maybe a Halcion for sleep, you won't get so nervous and you will feel comfortable in your own skin."

For Panic Disorder "I suffer from Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia and Generalized Anxiety Disorder and some Social Anxiety. I have severe panic attacks, and they come on out of nowhere with no warning. I'll get the derealization in my head and won't know what's going on or feel out of body, dizzy, heart will race, extreme feeling of dying. It will actually physically make me sick. My doctor put me on Klonopin 2mg, 1 tablet 5 times daily when I was 19, and it's a wonder drug. I'm 23 now, and I'm not panic-free completely, but when I feel it coming, I take a tablet, and the fear is all gone in 20 minutes. I'm 23 now, and if you take it properly, it will help you greatly. Anxiety runs in my family, and it's a terrible thing. My life is normal thanks to Klonopin."

For Anxiety "I am 30 years old. I have been taking Klonopin for 6 years for severe anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bipolar disorder. Since I have been taking it for so long, I have gotten a little immune to it. I started taking 0.5 mg today, I use 2 mg 3 times daily. When I first started taking it, the effects were very strong. So, I recommend you start at a lower dose. This medicine has been a life changer for me because now I finally feel like a human. I have 2 small kids to look after, and with this medicine, I can function better in my daily life."

For Panic Disorder "Honestly this medication is amazing. The only drawback is that some doctors don't want to prescribe it because it is a controlled substance. I feel so normal when I take this. I deal with heavy anxiety. My panic attacks are an everyday battle. From the heart attack feeling, sweaty palms, closed throat, difficulty breathing, feeling like I'm dying and unable to work, drive, or get out of my bed, this medication has given me my life back. I have 3 small children to care for and they need me! I am a much calmer mother. I have anger issues too. This medication helped me deal with my infuriating anxiety. I was so sick of feeling doomed, and I hated feeling so weak. I have been on it for 6 years. No complaints."

For Panic Disorder "I feel like the best version of myself on Klonopin. Anything I was worried about is smoothed out, and I can see it for what it really is. As always, my mind makes me believe the tiniest things are huge problems, but Klonopin makes me feel like I can breathe again. My new doctor is the best for giving me the medication I need. I've been on 17 different anti-anxiety medications, including Xanax. This one is the one that actually helps. I've never had to increase my dosage. I take 1 mg as needed, usually no more than 3 times a week. I sleep amazing on Klonopin. (I've gone 2 weeks without sleep before this medication.) I couldn't say enough good things about this. It's saved my life, and I mean that literally. Get yourself a doctor who actually believes in helping people like us."

For Panic Disorder "I started experiencing extreme panic attacks in 2017 due to a lot of personal trauma. When I say extreme, I could not bathe alone, drive, kept missing work, and showing up to ER. I was so afraid of the stigma attached to meds. I considered ending my life many times just to make the panic attacks stop. I was having 6 to 10 of them per day. Had a trip to the ER, a physician prescribed me 15 pills. I did not take them for about 2 months. Everyone assumes if you take benzos, you’re going to abuse them. What people forget is that most of us with panic disorder are afraid to take medications. Finally, the panic was so out of control I decided to take a 0.25 mg pill and within an hour I felt like a different person. After that, I went to see my PCP who agreed I needed the medication and wondered why I didn’t seek help sooner. Since 2019, I have been on 1 mg per day without an increase. My life has been wonderful since! Never plan on getting off."

"It has helped a lot with daily life. The times where I think and feel completely overwhelmed and feel that chaotic loss of control, it helps to quell the panic and intrusive thoughts. Always take it as needed though, or it will lose its effectiveness when you end up needing it the most."

For Panic Disorder "Klonopin is not usually prescribed as needed. It has a long half-life (30-40 hours) and is more likely prescribed to those with panic attacks, severe social phobia, and/or agoraphobia. For me, my agoraphobia and social phobia were disabling. Klonopin helped me tremendously. My theory is that people who really need it will not experience horrible adverse reactions, and people who don't need it may have a bad experience. With that being said, every person is different when it comes to stopping Klonopin, but withdrawal symptoms will affect every type of person when stopping."

For Panic Disorder "I kept having nervous breakdowns and psychosis, sending me straight to the psych ward where I'd be on Valium indefinitely. I started taking Klonopin, and I no longer need to go to the psych ward. 4 mg a day works better than 30 mg of Valium. It's a great medicine, not some recreational drug. In fact, I don't need non-prescribed drugs because Klonopin has smoothed me out. I take it once at night, and I sleep, and the after-half-life effects get me through the day. I'm never intoxicated on it. Funny how medication that works is always controlled, and finding someone who will prescribe it is like going to hell and back, so I never abuse it because I'm an adult and respect the therapeutic effects this drug offers and helps many people."

For Panic Disorder "I have been on Klonopin for around 4 years now. I had panic attacks so debilitating I couldn't go out of my house. I didn't eat. I couldn't sleep. I would finally fall asleep and wake up 2 to 3 times a night with terrible panic attacks. Sweating, heart racing, dizzy. I swore I was losing my mind. I didn't drive for a better part of a year. I couldn't work. I was a mess, and the hardest part was feeling very distant from my children. I give Klonopin 10 ⭐ s as it gave me my life. It helped me to breathe again. I don't care what anyone says, I will take them for life if I have to, to help me not feel that way ever again. I never want to endure such a breakdown."

For Panic Disorder "My Clonazepam was prescribed to me a few months after I got clean and began having panic attacks. I remember a really bad panic attack I had in Walgreens in public, and literally no one helped me. I got in the car and took one of my friend's Klonopin, and it immediately relaxed me and helped me to breathe again. It helps not only severe anxiety but seizures, depression, and sleep disorders. It has made me confident that I am capable of accomplishing anything I set my mind to. It is my little assistant in life. I don't abuse it, as it so commonly is abused. I take it as prescribed at the same times each day, and it works fantastically."

"I was given Klonopin for opioid jitteriness and leg tremors, my dose is 1 mg 3 times a day as needed. I was prescribed Fentanyl patches for three years, which left me in a state where I could not sit or lay for more than 3 minutes. Klonopin stopped this within an hour. Also, I was extremely aggressive due to my pain level. No side effects. Easy to use. Like all my meds, I put out my daily dose of all meds that way I do not overtake any of them. A definite lifesaver for me."

For Panic Disorder "I’m not the one to leave reviews, but I’ve tried over 35 different anxiety/depression meds, and I’m only 22. I even took the GeneSight DNA testing. My doctor was totally against benzos, but I got to the point of losing 50 pounds and visiting her every week, panicking and not being able to breathe. She gave me Klonopin, and when I tell you my life CHANGED. It completely did a 360. I used to never leave my house, now I’m never home. Some people are against benzos every day, but it is helpful to those who don’t abuse it. I finally changed doctors, and she agreed Klonopin is my best bet. I’ve been on Klonopin for 2.5 years, and it saved me. God sent, if I could rate 1000, I would."

For Panic Disorder "I have severe PTSD and have taken this for about 3 years. 1 to just a half a tab at night. I've tried EMDR, ketamine, and a large amount of antidepressants. The dependency I understand, but if you're responsible and it helps so I can rest, I don't see the problem. My primary just sends me off to mental health clinics, and I do this circle again, the same drug road with side effects to add and numerous doctor bills. To add, some of these medications are not covered by insurance. I'm not 100% perfect and understand my disorder, why add insult to injury? I found something that cuts through so I can sleep. The insurance company only allows me a limited amount at a time. I sleep, I'm rested, and I take care of my responsibilities effectively. Without sleep, life would be a nightmare and just create more havoc on my body."

For Panic Disorder "I've been taking this drug since Nov 2018 for general anxiety disorder. Started at 0.5 mg at night and went up to 1 mg at night in 2020. Most initial side effects go away within a couple of weeks. I am dependent but not addicted. It makes me so tired, I have no desire to take it during the daytime, plus it has a long half-life and manages my anxiety. I started off with Teva brand and then Accord in 2019 when Teva dropped the drug. Teva last month reintroduced its version, and it's not as good as the older version. I've swapped over to the brand name at my own expense. It is worth the cost to have control of my anxiety. It doesn't work for everyone, and I would exercise self-control while taking it (no extra doses, alcohol, drugs, etc.). Also, it is technically not for insomnia, so it won't help everyone with sleep issues."
