For Light Sedation "Helps me get decent rest after standing on a concrete floor for 12 hours. I hurt to the bone, or say ache, so I take a dose prescribed by Dr. and sleep okay."

"I took Benadryl with butalbital for headaches and body pain. It caused me to have blackout days. I didn’t remember anything that I said or did on those days. I stopped the Benadryl, but I was on Paxil and Levothyroxine, and this time it caused total memory loss of those days along with hallucinations, aggression, and severe insomnia, and I eventually went outside naked and didn’t even know it. When I went to my doctor and relayed this, he said I was allergic to this medication. I had been reporting these blackout days for 2 years before the major side effect. There are a lot of OTC meds that can’t be taken with butalbital, and there were no warnings on the medication from the pharmacy."
