For Postoperative Pain "Surgeon used Zynrelef on Left Foot Open Treatment Of Talocalcaneonavicular Joint Dislocation With Internal Fixation, Talonavicular Joint Arthrodesis. This drug was very helpful, however, I only received approx 36 hrs of post-op pain relief. Unfortunately for me, my post-op care plan did not change and was still assumed at 72hr coverage. It left me with a care gap as I was unable to obtain an RX for additional pain support, including any prescription strength anti-inflammatory agents because of this drug's dosing/time requirements."
