"This spray has helped tremendously with sinus congestion and nasal drip. Really helps with both, which caused some anxiety. Would highly recommend for allergy relief. Tablets such as Claritin and Zyrtec did not help at all in comparison. No side effects for me, no bitter taste. Tilt head down, spray towards ears."
