"Product is not as effective since packaging has changed for the worse. The powder does NOT flow from this defective packaging. I know a LOT of people in the oil field, and they all say the same. We are all changing to other products and are in touch to see which works best. I have contacted BC Powder, and they just told me how to take it and that they have changed manufacturers to lower costs. This is very disheartening to a 40+ year buyer. I do not buy as much, I just keep hoping they will listen to customers and go back to the original."

"I don't like the new packaging either. There is less powder in the packets. I have to take two packets to get rid of the pain. Bring back the folded packaging and fill it where it used to be. It used to work fast, now it takes longer to take effect."

"I started taking Bayer Back & Body when Hydrocodone wasn't getting rid of the pain in my back and neck. To my surprise, the Bayer was better in getting rid of the pain! My new PC told me that Bayer was non-addictive and wouldn't keep me in such a sleepy state as the Hydrocodone does. So I am trying to titrate down in favor of Bayer. It is so much easier to buy and use without the Hydrocodone police tracking my every move. Side effects? Not yet."

"BC powder is great, but I also hate the package. Cannot get the powder out, try to flick the pack with my finger, then end up with it on my shirt. Does not look good to have white powder on your shirt."

"BC Powder, OMG! What did y'all do to the packaging? First, I tried the new package, thinking, okay, maybe less spills. But heck, I used to take 2 packs (old kind), now I have to take 3 packs (new kind) because it takes forever to get all the powder out. And when you have tooth pain, I want relief now. Now y'all got me out here looking like a crackhead trying to find the original BC package to buy online. In my area, they're all the new look, trust me, I've checked! And when I do see them, I buy them out. Fixing to check eBay now. Take a poll and change it back."

"I am like everyone else. I do not like the new BC powders. It definitely does not work like the old BC powder in the sleeve packaging. The new is flavored crystals and tastes worse than just using plain. Using the old BC powders worked within 10 minutes, my headaches are gone. With the new, it doesn't work."

"I am a retired professional figure skater. I began skating at the age of 4 and continued until I was 32. Throughout my career, I have undergone numerous surgeries on both knees, and I have received many cortisone and lidocaine injections in both my back and knees. These injections were administered by our team sports doctor and a private physician who happened to be a close family friend. Trust me, it's never a good idea to have a doctor prescribing medications when you have a personal or family relationship with them. It can lead to complications. So, I strongly advise against it. After I quit skating, I discovered that over-the-counter pain relievers like BC and other brands could provide instant relief. However, I noticed that over time, these powders seemed to numb the pain temporarily, but it would come back stronger and more intense. As a result, I found myself needing more and more of these medications. In 2014, I had my first stint in the ICU, and to date, I have had a total of six surgeries. During that particular ICU stay, I spent three weeks with tubes down my throat, pumping out bile, blood, and stomach acid. Eventually, part of my colon had to be removed, and it was sealed with a gastric bypass band. Since then, I have been dealing with severe ulcerous issues, internal bleeding, and severe anemia."

"The powders themselves are great for pain, body aches, sinuses, headache, etc. There's no denying that. My problem (as well as several other consumers) is the packaging! Hate it! Someone with arthritis will have a lot more trouble opening them. Should add to side effects: outbursts of anger, sudden rage effects, impure thoughts and language, sudden twitching, etc. That's just a few new side effects with the 'On the Go Packets.' Whoever came up with that idea? Whoever approved it most definitely did not do a customer study/survey. It's a pitfall for someone with arthritis trying to open these 'On the Go Packets.' Will you please go back to the original packaging? It would save a lot of the additional side effects for all the customers."
