"Able to make it through the day without becoming sluggish most of the time. Needed to cut back dose during light season, which impacts severity. Anxiety, impatience, frequent blood pressure increase becoming bothersome after 2 years. Not sure what to ask for."

"Adderall worked well for a year, then it wore off even with medication-free holidays. When trying a new medication and stopping, I didn’t realize how out of breath it was making me, I thought it was because I was fat."

"In school, I could not focus and went through bad moments that I will never forget. Writing this, I can still picture all of those who made disgusting gestures because I would leave group projects halfway. Throughout high school, I was on the verge of failing. Although my commitment and dedication to reach the dream of going to college kept me strong."

"I have been taking generic Adderall for many years and have never had any problems until I started taking the Lannett generic. It does not seem at all to be working, and it actually makes me drowsy. It also caused sores inside my mouth."

"I'm from the UK, and it's called Elvanse, but it is the same medication. I first started on the lowest dose and worked my way up: 20mg, 30mg, 50mg, and then 70mg. For a long time, I was on 70mg, trying to figure out what works best for me to stay awake. And it did keep me awake for school, however, I was still very tired afterward and would often nap, so my doctors decided to start giving me sodium oxybate (Xyrem). Whilst on sodium oxybate, I lost a lot of weight, going from 10.6 stone (67kg) to 8.13 stone (51kg). This meant that the 70mg Elvanse I was taking was making my body work too well, and I kept getting a fast heart rate while resting. It was quite worrisome since I've never had symptoms like this before. My doctors have taken me down to 50mg, however, my heart rate still goes up for no reason. For example, today I was sitting at my computer with 60 bpm when my heart rate started going up to 132 bpm, which lasted for minutes. It's definitely something I am looking into, but I assume it's the stimulants."

"It helps bring my fatigue levels from a 2/10 to probably a 5/10. Not a cure-all but definitely gives me more energy than I am able to have on my own. It does give me tachycardia for about an hour after taking it, and I'm a 34-year-old without heart issues. That is the only downside. I do not feel 'high' or 'speedy' on this, but maybe because I'm so chronically low, I'd have to take a substantial dose to feel overwhelmed like that. I have taken 15 mg for 1.5 years now for chronic fatigue syndrome."

"For extreme fatigue, I have taken Adderall 10mg a day for 6 months with occasionally missing a day. It gives me great energy, negates my fatigue, and seems to assuage a slight depression."
