Applies to dyphylline: injectable solution, oral elixir, oral tablet.
Follow all directions on your medicine label and package. Tell each of your healthcare providers about all your medical conditions, allergies, and all medicines you use.
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking dyphylline (the active ingredient contained in Dilor-400) hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Call your doctor at once if you have:

pounding heartbeats or fluttering in your chest;
-
a light-headed feeling, like you might pass out;
-
coughing up blood;
-
muscle twitching, seizure (convulsions);
-
confusion, tremors or shaking;
-
high blood sugar--increased thirst, increased urination, hunger, dry mouth, fruity breath odor, drowsiness, dry skin, blurred vision, weight loss; or
-
worsening or no improvement in your breathing symptoms.
Common side effects may include:

nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea;

headache;
-
sweating, or flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling);

sleep problems (insomnia); or
-
feeling restless, nervous, or irritable;
