Reserpine / Trichlormethiazide Dosage
Applies to the following strengths: 0.1 mg-2 mg; 0.1 mg-4 mg

Usual Adult Dose for Hypertension
Initial dose: 1 tablet (reserpine/trichlormethiazide 0.1 mg-2 mg) orally once a day.
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets (reserpine/trichlormethiazide 0.1 mg-2 mg) orally once a day or
1 tablet (reserpine/trichlormethiazide 0.1 mg-4 mg) orally once a day.
Dose Adjustments
The dose may be increased as needed every 1-2 weeks.
Precautions
Use trichlormethiazide with caution in severe renal disease and impaired hepatic function.
Dialysis
Reserpine is not dialyzable.
