For COPD, Maintenance "I have trouble with inhaled steroids and often get thrush or a sore throat. After a bout of pneumonia, my doctor tried Trelegy; then Breztri; now Anoro. My sore throat is finally gone, and I am using this as a daily maintenance drug. Also, I find this device easier to use than some others I have tried. Obviously, I have COPD (after 30 years of smoking and then not smoking for 30 more years)."

Umeclidinium / vilanterol for COPD "I have been suffering with my asthma since being a teen. I have had numerous preventers, and nothing really seemed to help for long enough. The doctors would say because my peak flow was so fine, it wasn’t my asthma. A few months later, a specialist put me on this inhaler, and the feeling of being able to breathe again properly for the first time is just amazing! I’m three months in, and my Ventolin intake has reduced from 19 times a week to 5 and under. The only downside, I get a lot of thrush in my mouth from this spray, and the device is a little difficult to use at first! Apart from that, fantastic."
