For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I am on week 4 of Wegovy, the first 2 doses were 0.25 mg. The last 2 were 0.5 mg. I've had stomach pains and nausea to the point I'm in tears, it aches so much. My weight is going from 221 lbs to 215 lbs, I'm 5'9". I hardly eat for fear of worsening stomach issues. While my pharmacist says the side effects should go away by now, they haven't. I also have no energy, want to sleep, and have a hard time getting my blood sugar above 98, that's after a healthy meal with protein and a vegetable. Not sure this is worth it."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Awful. I felt tired and like I had morning sickness the whole time. Was on one month of .25 mg and two months on .5 mg. It never got better. I was constipated and on the verge of throwing up constantly. Also started post-menopausal bleeding despite being on HRT. All of this, and I only lost a whopping 9 pounds despite barely being able to eat even cereal. Your diet turns to garbage because you just stick to stuff that won’t make you feel more nauseous. You will not learn how to eat properly; just how not to eat foods that make you throw up. I just switched to phentermine, and I’ve already lost two pounds in 5 days. My energy is back. Zero side effects and less than $15/month. Read the long-term reviews, people. Unless you are going to stay on this for life, which I would never do seeing how it messed with my hormones, you will 100% gain it all back and then some."

The side effects I have had are slight abdominal pain, acid reflux, nausea, and tiredness. I am 5’8 and was 244.5 lbs. To date, I am now 239 lbs - I’ve lost 6 lbs since 5-21-23. I weigh in every Sunday to stay on track of my weight and what it is. For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Mixed review: I took Wegovy for 5 months, hoping to ultimately lose 15-20 pounds. I didn’t start losing weight until I started the 1.7 mg dosage (third month), and at that dosage, I was exceedingly tired and achy. I lost 10 pounds in 4 months but stopped taking it because of these side effects. Four months later, without Wegovy, I’m still down 5 pounds. My insurance partially covered this with a significant copay because I also have cardiovascular risks. I’d recommend only if you don’t experience the same side effects."
