For Type 2 Diabetes "I took one injection of 1 mg as prescribed. I have been sick for a week with severe constipation, nausea, dizziness, stomach upset/pain, acidity, gas bloating. I could not eat or sleep comfortably at night. This is very strong and mainly suppresses the appetite. I never had this much sickness from a drug."

For Type 2 Diabetes "This is week 1, and I’m already feeling the side effects: headaches, diarrhea, stomach ache, burping frequently that smells like rotten eggs. I get nauseous and gassy. I don’t have an appetite for food. I just started this medication, but I like its cleaning out my digestive system. I am reaching out to my healthcare provider to see what I can take to help eliminate the burping."

For Type 2 Diabetes "I just started taking the 0.5 after taking the 0.25 for 4 weeks. I'm experiencing nausea, some vomiting, and bad stomach cramps, so I really don't know if I'm going to be able to keep taking it. It has curved my appetite some."

For Cardiovascular Risk Reduction "I have been on Ozempic for 4 months now for weight loss. Initially, I had some GI side effects (bloating and stomach upset), but after a few weeks that mostly went away. My appetite is low (which is the intended effect), and I have not been enjoying meat as much, but otherwise, I am happy with the way this is going. As of now, I lost 14 pounds. Would recommend this medicine to everyone trying to lose weight, except for the fact that it is quite expensive. I had trouble finding a prescriber because Wegovy, which is FDA approved, is backordered everywhere. And Ozempic is the same medication, but not technically approved."
