For Neutropenia Associated with Chemotherapy "I have had two shots of Neulasta. There were no side effects at all after the first. Thus, I was not prepared for the extreme tenderness, soreness, and achiness from my waist up after the second. Even my face hurt. It lasted 36 to 48 hours, then was gone. My white blood count does go up, so it is doing its job. Have to wonder what will happen next time after injection three."

For Neutropenia Associated with Chemotherapy "My 89.5-year-old mom got a shot of Neulasta on Tuesday. Her first and only one. She has been so sick; we are assuming from the shot. She has a red rash and severe left upper abdominal pain. Sharp pains and tenderness. And sharp pains when she breathes in. It has been 5 days since the shot, and the pain is still strong. She isn't having bone pain at all, like some others have. We are hoping she feels better any minute now and have delayed seeking medical attention as we hope this will pass. She sees her doctor again in 3 days and hope he acts like he cares."

For Neutropenia Associated with Chemotherapy "I am taking this in conjunction with AC Chemotherapy for IDC Breast Cancer. I am 40 years old and haven't had much aching that I couldn't take care of with Advil. Not a bad trade-off for good white blood cell numbers."
