For Neutropenia Associated with Chemotherapy "This gave me the worst side effects I have ever had. Severe stomach pain and cramps level 8/10 that started two hours after the injection and lasted almost eight hours. The next day, headache and dizziness for half a day followed by joint and bone pain level 4/10 that was intermittent for 18 hours."
