OnabotulinumtoxinA "The day after the injections, I had a sudden onset of extreme nausea. During the following month (3-6 weeks after injections), I experienced dizziness, occasional vertigo, headaches, and nausea. Week 6, my left arm went completely numb for several hours, and my headaches started to feel really unusual, like a pressure behind my eyes. Week 7, my headaches got worse and I started to develop a slew of other symptoms… a neck pain that radiated up and around my neck in waves, a continuous dull headache, along with waves of head pain and an intense pressure that radiated up the sides and around the front part of my head, plugged ears, and ear/jaw pain. Some milder symptoms: on and off pain/weakness in my right leg, on and off tingling in my left arm, trouble swallowing, tinnitus. I have had a CT scan and MRI, all tests came back normal. Currently, (14 weeks after the Botox) I am dealing with a mild dull headache, less intense waves of nausea and dizziness, and the waves of pressure in my head/ears/jaw."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "This neurotoxin sent me to the hospital with leg convulsions, extreme anxiety, confusion, pain, depression, and difficulties swallowing. I'm 8 weeks post-Botox and still have to take meds to stop my legs from convulsing. My anxiety is still through the roof. It's a very scary thing to be told by medical professionals that there is NOTHING they can do to help you. The only advice I was given was to call 911 if my throat started to close and I'd be put on a ventilator. Every day I'm one day closer to hopefully making a full recovery. But please, if you are considering using Botox, do your due diligence and be informed on the risks. I had had it many times before with no problems, this time my body decided enough was enough!"

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I used the Botox injections to get rid of the three lines between my eyes so that I didn't look like I was scowling all the time. Within a few days, I experienced headaches, nausea, and extreme weakness (requiring bed rest for three days). Within a couple of weeks, I had vertigo. I guess I will not be able to use Botox again. Oh, by the way, a year earlier, I had the same symptoms, but thought it was only the flu. It was only this year that I put two and two together. I took only 17.5 units between the eyes to cause this."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "The second time I had Botox, I developed bad flu-like symptoms the next day: fever, muscle aches, etc. When that subsided, I was fine, briefly, but then I experienced pain and weakness in both quadricep muscles, a condition which lasted a full year. I could barely do stairs at times, and if I had to mount anything higher than 5 feet, I was in trouble. My upper legs ached constantly. That was enough for me!"

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I have done this twice on my forehead and in between my eyes. Both times, I experienced pimples at the injection sites that lasted for weeks. I have read reviews that this has happened to hundreds of other women, yet doctors want to claim it's not possible to come from Botox. I find the doctors wrong because it's not just one or two people, it's several hundred people experiencing long-term pimples at the injection sites of Botox. Botox is supposed to get rid of headaches, but it actually makes mine worse. I will not be using it ever again. I have heard Dysport is much better, and I'll try that. Botox does cause pimples, it does not matter what the doctor says. Hundreds of users have experienced these pimples, therefore, the proof is in the people using it."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "Urinary retention was a very scary side effect! I had to be rushed to the hospital, and I was on vacation in Mexico! I also experienced flu symptoms, one day was so bad I could barely move because of muscle weakness."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I got Botox on my forehead and around my mouth. Within a few hours, I had a headache and became dizzy/vertigo. I woke up feeling the same. Doctors claim this isn't a side effect. Well, doctors are wrong. I read that this is rare. I hope this passes soon. I tried Botox for migraines a few years ago. I had trouble breathing a few hours later. Went to the ER. But I was fine. Two weeks after the injection, I had a bad headache, but it lasted one day. I guess I'm not cut out for this stuff. Some people do fine. Everyone is different. But I won't do this again."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I received an email from them saying, “buy $100 gift card, get $100 gift card free.” I called to make sure it was legit - it was. The email specifically says, “get voucher emailed to you 20 minutes after purchase.” So I go ahead with the purchase. Thankfully, I took screenshots of the purchase because I never got an email. My Botox appointment was the next day. I needed that voucher to pay for my Botox. It’s the whole reason I bought the voucher. Long story short - I called multiple times, multiple numbers, was on hold for a grand total of 4 hours combined and NEVER GOT THROUGH TO ANYONE. I had to go to my Botox appointment anyway and pay without the voucher. So annoying. I still haven’t received an email or call back or anything. If this is how they do business, I won’t be doing business with them anymore."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "55 Botox for forehead, frown wrinkles, and 25 jawline to help relieve night clenching. The jaw injections did seem to help. The forehead and frown injections restricted my facial movement in the frowning expression. Yes, my wrinkles are diminished, I can still raise my eyebrows and forehead and frown slightly. The non-desired effects have made me choose not to do Botox again. It has been almost 4 weeks, I am still unhappy with the results. My eyelids became three eyelids that laid on the base of my lashes. My eyes, usually bright and bushy-tailed, look narrow and squinty. My eyebrows became a totally different shape toward the center. They wriggle and droop and look angry. The skin between my eyes and brows looks and feels 'foamy.' I gently pinch the skin vertically, and it stays in that position. I try to open my eyes wider, and the skin between my brow and eyes on the outside edge forms multiple wrinkles I call my 'butterfly wings.' I can't wait for this to wear off!"

OnabotulinumtoxinA "Had Botox for facial wrinkles, and I am 60. Pleased with results pertaining to my forehead, between eyes, and crow's feet, but wrinkles are very fine. Wrinkles around my mouth are fine and also have very deep lines in this area. Apprehensive about the amount suggested to be injected around the mouth, 40 units, so I asked for 20 units around the mouth, I feared the suggested amount would cause paralysis. I did see a subtle difference in fine lines around my mouth and noticed my upper lip was more defined, deep wrinkles remained. Quick procedure, no side effects, a sting around the mouth and crow's feet, and no recovery time. Took about 7 days to see any results, and 14-16 days to see full effect. Procedure done 10/29/17 and began noticing fine lines returning at the end of 02/18. After in-depth reading, I will discuss a filler around my mouth and will continue with Botox for fine lines on the forehead, between eyes, and crow's feet. Pleased with my experience yet skeptical of too many units around my mouth causing paralysis/one-sided upper lip droop."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I have been getting Botox every 4-5 months for a year and a half. I am almost 41, and everyone always guesses me at 34. I love it and have never had a problem with it. I would recommend it for anyone who is healthy with no underlying problems."

"At age 62, I had Botox injections to remove the 11s between my eyebrows, bunny lines at the bridge of my nose, crow's feet, and forehead lines. Initially, I was very happy with the results until a few weeks after, I experienced severe dry eye to the point that I couldn't even cry tears. This also led to chronic blepharitis, which caused extreme eyelid pain almost 24/7. Luckily, the dry eye disappeared once the Botox wore off, however, not the blepharitis. After seeing three eye specialists with no results, I eventually found a doctor who prescribed an eyelid spray called Avenova, which finally gave me relief. I will most likely have to use this medication for the rest of my life. I will never get Botox injections again."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I recently got Botox because I could not control my frowning, squinting, and forehead wrinkling. I got Botox one month ago, and my friends tell me I look like I am 22. I am going to be 28 soon and was not looking to turn back the clock, just wanted to stop the clock. Botox turned back the clock and has slowed it down significantly."

"I had Botox injections between my brows. Absolutely no pain at the injection site, no swelling, in fact, I did have a headache before treatment, and it went away within 15 minutes. Two weeks post-op, I am amazed that the deep wrinkles are gone, and I haven't been squinting, which was the cause of the whole reason for this. I would recommend this if you are healthy and want to get the lines to disappear."

"I absolutely love Botox. As the aging process began to show around my eyes, my efforts to minimize the unflattering lines began. Lotions, creams, serums, and oils did nothing compared to Botox. As most say, only men get better looking with age; that's not true anymore. I am better looking now than I was in my glorious 20s. While the cost is high and increasing, the improvement I see in the mirror is priceless."

OnabotulinumtoxinA "I was quite skeptical about Botox until it became an effective method of fighting wrinkles for me. My cosmetologist gave me complete information about the procedure, all possible reactions and contraindications. She showed me a vial of Botox 100 units that she had purchased from the Fillercloud website. All the information was recorded in a document that said that I agreed to the procedure and was informed about it. Everything is very serious. The Botox worked in 4 days and the wrinkles began to disappear pretty quickly. It's been over 6 months and the effect is still noticeable. I am satisfied."
