For Facial Wrinkles "The day after the injections, I had a sudden onset of extreme nausea. During the following month (3-6 weeks after injections), I experienced dizziness, occasional vertigo, headaches, and nausea. Week 6, my left arm went completely numb for several hours, and my headaches started to feel really unusual, like a pressure behind my eyes. Week 7, my headaches got worse and I started to develop a slew of other symptoms… a neck pain that radiated up and around my neck in waves, a continuous dull headache, along with waves of head pain and an intense pressure that radiated up the sides and around the front part of my head, plugged ears, and ear/jaw pain. Some milder symptoms: on and off pain/weakness in my right leg, on and off tingling in my left arm, trouble swallowing, tinnitus. I have had a CT scan and MRI, all tests came back normal. Currently, (14 weeks after the Botox) I am dealing with a mild dull headache, less intense waves of nausea and dizziness, and the waves of pressure in my head/ears/jaw."

For Facial Wrinkles "I used the Botox injections to get rid of the three lines between my eyes so that I didn't look like I was scowling all the time. Within a few days, I experienced headaches, nausea, and extreme weakness (requiring bed rest for three days). Within a couple of weeks, I had vertigo. I guess I will not be able to use Botox again. Oh, by the way, a year earlier, I had the same symptoms, but thought it was only the flu. It was only this year that I put two and two together. I took only 17.5 units between the eyes to cause this."

For Facial Wrinkles "I got Botox on my forehead and around my mouth. Within a few hours, I had a headache and became dizzy/vertigo. I woke up feeling the same. Doctors claim this isn't a side effect. Well, doctors are wrong. I read that this is rare. I hope this passes soon. I tried Botox for migraines a few years ago. I had trouble breathing a few hours later. Went to the ER. But I was fine. Two weeks after the injection, I had a bad headache, but it lasted one day. I guess I'm not cut out for this stuff. Some people do fine. Everyone is different. But I won't do this again."
