For ADHD "I take 30 mg, and it has helped me very much with ADHD symptoms! Incredibly convenient to take - I was prescribed this due to an inability to swallow pills, and it's a fantastic alternative. It has a medicinal cherry taste and a bit strong on its own, but chewing it with food makes it VERY easy to cover the taste. Greatly helped focus, happiness, and productivity. Increased blood pressure slightly, but otherwise I experienced no side effects."

For ADHD "QuilliChew ER not only gave me RLS, it also put me in a pretty bad place socially. I was hyperaware of myself and always nervous. Lost all my confidence and a decent bit of my personality. You might have a different experience, and I really, really hope you don't have to go through this as well. Good luck."
