"I get intertrigo a lot as an obese man. The two common places are under the breast and under the belly above my privates. Sometimes in the groin too a little. I use Cortizone-10 and it clears up within a day. I've had extremely bad rashes and applied it in the evening, and when I woke up the next morning, it was no longer hurting and started to heal. Now this is just my goto subtype but warning: it HURTS SO BAD! LOL I use the 'cooling gel' kind. And I dunno what it is about this kind, but it healed faster than ANY of the other kinds, but I guess because it's got the 'cooling' factors, it stings like crazy! No lie... I'll put it on and within seconds, I'm silently screaming and wishing I didn't do it. But I know it'll be healed within a day so I deal with it. It only hurts for a couple of minutes. But IMO, well worth the pain."
