Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine "I only take this in my extreme cases where my congestion gets so bad I can't breathe; I never take this daily. Within an hour, I feel better. It does do a bit of insomnia, but that's usual for me."

"I took it for a cold. It completely eliminated nasal congestion. HOWEVER, it gave me terrible insomnia! Use only if absolutely necessary."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine "The antihistamine effects aren't as strong as immediate-release diphenhydramine (Benadryl), but it still works pretty well, and the continuous release is a nice thing to have."

Fexofenadine / pseudoephedrine "So Allegra D seems to work on decongesting my sinuses, but this cough I got with it too is horrible. And the cough causes a headache. I'd rather be stuffed up than coughing with a headache."

"I've tried many over-the-counter medicines for allergies. None come even close to working as well as Allegra-D. I also have suffered no side effects, including insomnia."
