For High Blood Pressure "I have high blood pressure, tried loads of pills, all prescribed. Finally, they put me on felodipine 5 mg. It was working slowly, then they put me on 10 mg. Things went the opposite way: ankles swollen, pain in joints, hands, same painful joints. Was struggling to get out of the chair & upstairs was painful. Blood pressure went up to 175/79. Stopping taking them 2 days ago, lost a lot of joint pain. Having knee surgery in 2 weeks, so was worried about the side effects."

For High Blood Pressure "Not for me. Enlarged breasts, joint pain, headache, swollen gums causing nonstop teeth pain and 'wheezing' (I have asthma as well), increased sinus issues. Initially, I thought it was a good thing, but as time has gone on, I feel horrible. In going up to 5 mg, it has been difficult to climb stairs (breathless). 2.5 mg didn't do much, but 5 mg did bring my pressure down."
