For Birth Control "I'm 17 and I took this pill for around 2 years. Initially, I started this pill to help with my heavy and irregular periods and my acne. I've had moderate-severe acne since I was 7, and I was desperate for a change. I never completely got rid of it over two years, I'd still get breakouts, especially on my back and chest. Little did I know that the type of progestin in this pill is not known to help acne. My gynecologist switched me onto Yaz today. However, this pill did regulate and lighten my periods, but not without terrible, terrible cramps. I also started noticing hair loss over the last year, but that could be due to stress. It had no effect on my mood, and I didn't gain any weight at all, so that was nice."

For Birth Control "So far, no cramps, no weight gain, my sex drive still the same, and I'm not moody."

For Birth Control "I gained about 20 pounds in 3 months. I'm more moody, also, and have worse cramps than before. I am also having my period two times a month, so it's time to switch back to my last one!"

For Birth Control "This birth control has been nothing but great. I used to have the worst period, and now they are short, and my cramps aren't as bad. My skin is clear, and I'm not pregnant! I give this a thumbs up!"

For Abnormal Uterine Bleeding "Awful. I've been taking this pill for a year. It made me gain 20 pounds, causes headaches, and really bad cramps, and didn't help with my period after the first few months. DO NOT TAKE IT."

For Birth Control "I've been on it for three weeks and two days. I love it. But I still have really bad cramps, and I started my period again, but just spotting."

For Birth Control "I take birth control to help treat my ovarian cysts. Normally, I take Junel, but I decided to switch to Gildess because it was cheaper, assuming they were the same drug, they are not. I have constant cramping, I became depressed, I've gained 15-20 pounds, had numerous anxiety attacks, and am plagued with paranoia, had the worst breakouts of my life. Oh, and the whole reason I'm taking birth control, you know, to treat my ovarian cysts, guess who just got discharged from the hospital with prescribed pain medicine because of their frickin' ovarian cysts? I don't care how cheap this drug is, it shouldn't be legal. I've never been depressed, but on this, I was starting to feel suicidal. Just don't do it."
