For Birth Control "I got really anxious and broke out when I was taking this birth control. Another weird side effect was that after two months I kept spotting every day, and it changed the color of my blood. Even when it was my normal period, it was always a really dark brown color. I didn't like bleeding every day, so I stopped taking the pill. Good for not getting me pregnant but bad for everything else, haha."

For Birth Control "I started taking Cyclafem on day 1 of my cycle about a month ago. Almost a whole month later, I’m still bleeding. I gained 7 pounds, and my boobs got bigger, which I expected, but I’ve been bleeding for over 20 days. I had a migraine experience that led me to throw up breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and waves of cramps that would come and go. My doctor switched me to Loestrin 24 and gave me meds to stop the bleeding. We’ll see how well this goes."

For Birth Control "I started this pill two weeks ago. I was having bleeding and spotting problems, so they told me this would help. It stopped the bleeding and spotting. As soon as I started taking it, my face broke out. These pimples are massive! Hybrids! I was hoping I was just adjusting to the hormone, so hopefully it will stop. I haven’t used it as a contraceptive because my doctor recommended I wait an entire month! She said two weeks is standard, but wait 4 weeks to be safe? I also experience nausea at night. I wake up out of my sleep because I’m so dizzy and nauseous. Breasts are extremely tender. Maybe it’s ovulation."
