"I've been on this for I think four months now. Before taking it, I had a weird issue where I had spotting that lasted for months. By my first week on Falmina, the weird spotting went away. However, I started bleeding a few days before my first round of placebos, and then my first period on the pills was absolute hell. I missed classes due to excruciating cramps and uncontrollable bleeding. I used both NyQuil and Tylenol but still rolled with pain for the better part of a week. Despite that, every month since has been absolutely lovely. Since starting Falmina, my libido has risen considerably, which is nice for both me and my partner. On top of that, the pills have fixed the issue that I originally took them for (except the bad period)."

"I was prescribed Falmina because I was having too many heavy periods and was anemic, and also because I always got bad cramps and headaches. The first month was fine, but the second month it seemed to just stop working. I had horrible cramps, heavy bleeding, and my hemoglobin (iron) levels have dropped. I'm constantly tired and have lost all sense of self-motivation. Also, I'm getting significantly more breakouts than I ever have before."

"I have always had the most irregular periods since I first got mine in 7th grade, with rather heavy bleeding and the absolute worst cramps. I always just dealt with guessing when it would come and stuck it out, however, the idea of birth control had always been in the back of my mind. Once I became sexually active, however, is when I decided that it would be the best time to go on it. As for the actual birth control part, I never had any pregnancy scares (luckily), and the flow became lighter, and the cramps became more bearable. However, once I started taking it, I have had the worst acne I have ever had, specifically on my chin area. I just recently switched to a different brand due to it. I highly suggest avoiding this brand for that reason."

"I had a D&C surgery done due to a miscarriage. I was in so much pain and was bleeding for 2.5 months after. The doctor who did the surgery wasn’t my regular doctor, but someone who was available the date I needed, and she claims everything went fine with the surgery. What confuses me is with this surgery you're only supposed to bleed a few days, max 2 weeks, and for me, no, it was a long 2.5 months of maybe 8-hour breaks here and there of no bleeding. Reminded of losing my baby, and not to mention doing everyday life, working, being a mom, etc., with heavy bleeding with blood clots sometimes sizing in 4 inches big and going to the bathroom all the time to change myself. Anyway, I want to say Falmina has balanced my body out and I feel great. Being on Falmina has balanced me out emotionally, stopped my bleeding completely from only a week of being on it and no breakthrough bleeding, it started to actually clear up some of my acne on my face and overall has me feeling great."

"I've only been on Falmina for 3 months, and I'm on the fence about it. I'm having abnormal periods. They last almost two weeks now. My period comes the last week of the active pills and will last almost all 14 days. Acne hasn't been that bad so far, but the nausea is pretty terrible. The doctor said to give it at least 6 months, so we will see."
