For Insomnia "1/2 tablet didn’t work at all, so the next time I tried it (months later), I took a full tablet. Even though I still woke up during the night, I could fall back asleep. (Win) Unfortunately for me, it also made me drowsy the following day, where I couldn’t work and slept another four hours straight. I will have to find another alternative."
