For Arrhythmia "I started taking dofetilide on 3/20/18. I have AFib. In the beginning, everything was working fine. Three weeks later, I started having an itch, I was cold, I had pain all over. The doctor stopped the medicine for 5 days. I started back on it again, and at that time I started having sort of short breath. Or better said, I had to take deep breaths and also had a heavy chest. I had so much pain I was not able to walk. The doctor stopped the medicine again and restarted yesterday. I have pains but not bad. I cannot go out for a walk. I am puzzled. I don’t know what to do. I made an appointment to go for a second opinion. I have no AFib when I take the medication, but the side effects are terrible."

For Arrhythmia "I had very minor afib maybe once a month on Flecainide. 108 rate and short duration. Doc put me on Tikosyn 250 mg, and I quickly had side effects in the hospital: headache, insomnia, frequent urination, etc., and felt PACs. Now home and have even more frequent PACs that last more than 20 minutes at a time. I also have chills and a nasty body odor that I never had before. After two days at home, I’m ready to go back to Flecainide. Does not feel like a good solution for me."

Dofetilide for Arrhythmia "Tikosyn put me back in rhythm 2 hours after the first dose. I'm wondering if anyone gets dizzy or nauseated after taking it? Also, my hands get very cold, then will go back to warm. Just wondering if these symptoms can be from the Tikosyn?"
