For Insomnia "After trying several different sleeping aids, I ran across Compoz in K-Mart. I hadn't seen it anywhere else, so I thought I would give it a try. I got a good night's sleep for the first time in quite a while. I still take it occasionally and still get that good night of sleep. You can't take it every night for an extended period of time, or it won't work as well. I can promise you that."
