"I have been taking one Zipsor after breakfast every day for years. I take it for fibromyalgia pain and muscle pain. I have traveling pain. I don't know if it helps or not. However, it is the only NSAID that I can take that doesn't exacerbate my inflammatory bowel disease. Maybe it's the reason why I'm sleepy during the day. I figure I need some kind of anti-inflammatory, and Motrin and Aleve both cause stomach problems. That would be ibuprofen and Naprosyn. So I just take this. I'm on the Patient Savings Program, so it doesn't cost anything. Maybe I'll start taking it after dinner and see if that helps me even more. But the best thing for me is a quarter tablet of hydrocodone, 2.5 mg."

"Zipsor (diclofenac) for shoulder pain: weeks of over-the-counter nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, a steroid shot, both shoulders X-rayed and MRI, a steroid pack for 5 days. The MD this morning said to get blood work done for autoimmune checks and an OV with the surgeon. He then gave me 4 days of Zipsor, 4 per day, and after this morning's tablet, it helped with the pain. Now at 4:30 PM, it is time for tablet #2. Good results - thanks!"
