For Osteoarthritis "I was prescribed 50-0.2 mg twice a day. This medicine did work to relieve my back pain, but it came at a cost. It caused me to have severe stomach cramps and constantly feel nauseous. I had to stop taking the medicine because of this problem."

For Osteoarthritis "Very helpful with arthritis pain, but side effects outweigh helpfulness. I noticed nausea, severe leg cramps, feeling uncomfortable after eating a small amount of food, fast weight gain. The main reason I quit this medication was because I felt it was making my antidepressant medication (Effexor) way less effective."

Diclofenac / misoprostol for Osteoarthritis "Just started taking Arthrotec, but I can tell a difference already. I have less pain. I also feel very hungry and nauseous. I've had a little dizziness too."

Diclofenac / misoprostol for Osteoarthritis "I have been in pain for years and have been on Cymbalta, gabapentin, and Tylenol 3 for 2 and a half years. I suffer from arthritis and herniated discs, degenerative disc disease. Yesterday, my doctor put me on Arthrotec 50mg. It made me sick to my stomach, but my pain was mostly gone. I could actually put on a pair of pants and socks without my hips and back hurting. I'm 34 and hope to live a long life, and being in pain every day was making me depressed. I think there is hope. So far so good with Arthrotec."
